I went their for food packing of thali and south Indian platter. First they made mistake in billing and take 170rs extra then I ask them to return they said pls order something else, then I order 150rs thali and they didn't return rs.20 back , 2nd they pack thali without chapaties. In thali, Daal quantity was extremely less ...even not sufficient for 1 chapatti, palak paneer was without salt and spices just like hospital food. Taste of vegitable was terrible. Rice quality is very poor, 30rs kg rice was used, you may found better quality of rice from street vendors than this place. Sambhar vada: it was litterly batter inside .. they cook on very high flame ...very bad taste.. Pura kacha aata tha andar se ... total waste of money ..... Unchi dukaan fika pakwan I don't recommend anyone for this place.

Located on main road, hence obvious parking problem inherited. Hotel being on the upper floors the problem aggravates although Wallet parking is available. Have rich reasonably priced veg menu. Preparation is nice. However, Tea served in earthen pots cools down fast and the quantity is also a concern. Attendants are very casual in their duty they are more indulged in their Cellphones, check needed on this account. Would visit again to watch the difference, if any.

Service is poor, I order tea and chole bhatura half an hr ago and I finish my chole bhatura but still tea is not serve. Ok ok foo but service is very poor no matter for give table number and surprise thing is this no other customer is there. After half an hr got tea but not good. I am not satisfied.

Awesome food and service at this store. I was looking for food options with Onion & garlic during Navratri and called this store for an enquiry. Good response given by person at call from the store and I rushed to BikanerVala as it was quite late at night on 23rd March 2023. A person suggested the best menu at the billing counter and served it with a warm gesture. After dinner I have asked the same person to bring the customer feedback register and write about my awesome experience. During my next day in Ludhiana on 24th March 2023, I have taken my boss and colleague to this store for lunch and order multi cuisines.

The incredible food .i visited here two three times but now I really want to appreciate the quality of the food and service by the staff . I tried so many items here and each and every item is so yummy and tasty seriously. The dosa and Sambhar is just beyond my words . I can say that it has a equal competition with Sagar Ratna. It was worst experience ever in ludhiana outlet yesterday night.Food was pathetic..we ordered noodles manchurian combo ( ₹over fried balls in a pool of gravy like daal) chole bhature (still manageable) dosa overfilled with tasteless masala and chutneys were old and not fresh..burger was worst ever with over friend tikki..we went as a family and spend around Rs 700 for all this tasteless, unhygienic food and 4 members are severly ill with vomit, motions etc..Do not recommend this outlet to anyone..They are far far better in Gurgaon

Wow what a warm and welcoming place, the staff is very nice & food served here is delicious. It's a worthy place to visit for main courses and starters. Which was quite impressive. Everything was super Delicious. You can go here without a single thought. Highly recommend the place to visit.

Worst service - lot of delay in serving meals - had to take refund of payment - no soap in washroom - manager forgets to place order in kitchen. Delay in service is in OFF peak hours when hardly one or two customers are there. It is pity that how company is surviving in service oriented industry —- No doubt all joints in Ludhiana are full and you hardly see anyone visiting this place.

There are good choice of food available for veggies. By the way Bikanervala was known for their famous sweets, in it's expansion they started restaurant which is quite popular in metro cities. Please don’t get surprised if you get sick after eating here. Kindly avoid.

The restaurant is associated with Leo Fort Hotel and gaining a bad name for itself. The cashier does not mention to you their stingy limitation of offering one dish at a time for hotel guests. Event the servers are lousy, I had to ask for a refill 3 times and then also he delivered it quite unapologetically. The hotel is charging Rs 500 for person breakfast but they would like to limit you to Rs 250. If 10 tables get occupied the structure goes out of the control. It seems as if the staff is sourced from some local dhaba. Pure waste of time right away in the morning. If you are too high on life and want to spoil your mood - do visit.
