Today
I
took
this
platform
to
share
one
of
the
experiences
that
I
had
with
your
company
Sagger
World
Holidays.
As
most
of
you
must
be
aware
of
the
Canadian
government's
restriction
on
travel
due
to
the
Covid-19
pandemic,
during
this
time,
I
came
in
contact
with
Harry,
a
representative
of
Sagger
world,
who'd
helped
in
securing
me
a
flight
ticket
to
Canada
via
a
third
country.
He
had
all
the
required
information
about
the
testing
centre
in
transit
at
the
airport
itself.
Here,
I
would
like
to
mention
specifically
the
incident
which
could
have
left
me
with
financial
loss
and
emotional
blackout
at
the
same
time.
When
I
reached
the
airport
for
check-in
as
per
the
scheduled
time
of
my
flight,
the
airline
staff
stopped
me
at
the
counter,
giving
reference
to
some
policy
change,
which
did
not
allow
me
to
board
that
night.
I
have
immediately
reached
out
to
Harry
at
11
pm,
who
was
prompt
in
answering
my
call
and
assured
me
to
resolve
by
speaking
to
the
airlines'
local
representative.
We
were
9-10
passengers
on
the
same
route
and
were
afraid
of
being
offloaded.
After
deliberated
efforts
of
Harry
and
his
team
with
the
airlines'
team,
we
were
allowed
to
check-in
at
11:30
pm.
I
am
so
impressed
with
Sagger
world's
professional
approach
in
handling
such
a
situation
with
élan.
