Good costumer service, location easy to find. But if you travel by Google map it will be hard because it will make you circle it round and round. And the timing of opening of store is also wrong on map. So restrain using it. But over all good and can get quality jewelry.

Good collection not the best. Very traditional collection. Billing is only thing which takes a lot of time. I came twice, both times the same delay because of billing. Please work on your billing slow issue.

It's as if the moment you have my money, your responsibility ends. This glaring lack of accountability is utterly disappointing. I had believed that Kalyan Jewellers was synonymous with quality and customer care. Regrettably, my experience has shattered that illusion. I am left with a sense of betrayal and frustration, wondering why I trusted your brand in the first place.
