Westside is big saw room and big business in vapi But sorry to say they people are not value the customer there is no single seating arrangement for customers as well as staff no any other facilities like drinking water, washroom even no sufficient change room people are waiting for 30 mints !!! There is no responsible person all are junior staff , mostly girls Average quality product but cost is very high They people are enjoying because no other options in vapi Vapis People are waiting for new options

everything is nice but only one downfall is case counter, they are very slow, most counter remains close even service boys standing behind counter. they always plays khokho with costumers.

Good location in Vapi Good staffs. Clean and good light. Ladies wear, gents wear, kids wear, nail polish, small jwellery items, ladies underwear, bra , night suits, slippers and footwear for women are available. It's locked on the ground floor only. Two different areas for ladies trial room. One area for gent ' s trial room. The billing staffs are also good. Wash rooms are not available in this but in the Galaxy hotel. Need to do some changes * Should have drinking water facility. *The AC is always on hot side and stuffy ... So it should be maintained. * When ever they remove tag from the clothes, then they fold the clothes in very untidy way, so we have to send these clothes for ironing. * The washroom should be in the Westside.

While I’m a fan of westside, the online store and the westsude app are pathetic ! I it seems they haven’t completed make the app functional. Very limited filters and no ease in shopping and checkout.

Great selection of womenwear styles and good quality. Customer service is as usual lacking. Staff were having heated discussions on the shop floor . When we got to the cash payment counter cashier decided to have telephone conversations in the middle of transactions. Several staff just stood by listening and not availing themselves to help fold and package my Purchases. Such a shame to have to witness such lacking and appalling customer services.

The location is very much popular and the varieties of cloth are available But the price is too high according to the category of clothes

Personally I do not like the collections over here. They have all the bad quality products for male. Female clothes are still available and with better range of products. For male I would recommend somewhere else to be visited and not this place until they keep some quality products than quantity. Hope to see some changes over here.

Westside outlet is good. It's ok. Not an extraordinary by design. Clothes quality is good.
