Courteous staff good shopping atmosphere

It has an air-con...very clean and smart environment.... Fresh vegetables and fruits ...not forgetting the music of course ...the workers are friendly ,u can shop freely no thieves... I mean havent seen them

The international card machine doesn't work 😑. I was disappointed.

A variety of groceries, fresh produce, bakery, butchery and also a deli. Great range of liquor in the liquor section. The shop is very small. The air-conditioning works well. The customer service is satisfactory

One thing I appreciate TM/Pick N Pay stores of is that they are REALLY clean and well organized. This store is no exception despite being in a relatively small town of Kadoma. The staff has excellent customer care. The deli, delicious food! When in Kadoma and you need an excellent shopping experience, this is where to visit!

Ambiance is generally good but service this time was bad. One item I wanted to buy, actually it's Kefalos Muesli could not be scanned or found in their inventory but on the shelf it was displayed with a price tag. I had to wait more than 20 minutes only to be told that they can't sell it to me since they couldn't get hold of Head office to add it in the system. I then got alternatives and when I was almost done with the transaction then they brought the muesli saying they had rectified the error.
