such a amazing place to visit with friends, service was little bit delaying in serving foods, but foods was good enough. such amazing taste of chicken and butter naan 🍗, i drank soup in “Saharsa” for the first time that was amazing! 🍵🍜😋

Rooms are very spacious. Staffs are good. Need some improvement in room service as they take more than usual time to complete order. Sometimes they forget to respond.

The non-veg dishes are quite good. Location is good. Seems clean and hygienic. Staff is polite but need better command on menu. I would suggest them to serve desserts also.

This review is particularly about a dinner party organized in the banquet hall in the month of December. This hotel has great potential but service was not up to the mark. The interiors and design all are very good and high end. Although, we were dissatisfied with the lack of good service during dinner, as many of our guests complaint about very slow dining service. Somehow, we were expecting management to handle the dinner party more better. The caterers who were given the duty on the very day were very unprofessional and were not clear about their duties. Overall, I will recommend the hotel but the service needs more improvement.

Excellent room and services at reasonable price. If we will review this hotel thinking saharsa then its price is little high but when you go to their room, its price will seem reasonable. Excellent room services and they have taken care of little little things like giving hair oil, n all and hand shower in washroom which is generally available only in big cities. Food Taste is also good and staffs are nicer to you. A round of applause to the team. 👍👍👍👍👍

There is 3rd class service , I have booked room over discussion with ground on 25th oct at 12:30 PM , he confirmed that 2 single occupancy room is available , but on reaching at hotel , hotel staff refused that there is any booking, i dont know how such reputed hotel are keeping such cheap staffs in there daily management,,,.... disappointed!!!!!

Rooms are well lighted, spacious and comfortable for a couple or even a family of 3-4. Best part what I feel is the food. Taste and quality is amazing. They know what they are upto. Staff is also quite helpful and very humble.

Not Good Experience :( They offers many things earlier but after they cut off many items. Like projectors, Duplicate water bottle (brislay not bislary) , Low AC/AC off ,many times power cut in between party and many more.
