Absolutely loved this. A wonderful atmosphere, pictures of dogs everywhere, and an excellent selection of bottled and canned beer. I ordered the farmer tag sandwich which was HUGE 😍👍. Plus they gave us a bowl of popcorn while we waited for the food, which wasnt long. Will be coming back, and highly recommed it!! 🐕🐩🐶

Very cute restaurant, in a good central location with free parking. Pleasant upbeat music and interior decor, clean restrooms. Good variety of food and drink options. The owner is kind and friendly, with humans and dogs. Good service, fair prices 👍

Notorious P.I.G was great, but not enough meat for the price. The sandwich was noticeably crafted with care. Delicious pickle. Beer selection was excellent. Service was friendly. Atmosphere was cozy. Loved the music and overall vibe.

Pretty good sandwiches. 40 bucks for a blt and grilled cheese with tomato soup. We had water and for some reason it was salt water. Popcorn is good.

The Philly cheese steak was really good, and I have never had popcorn as a side item. I should have gotten potato chips because I don't like popcorn, and I got A LOT of it that ended up getting thrown away, but it didn't ruin my experience. Service and sandwich was great. With the lack of French fries, though, I probably won't be back anytime really soon. 3 stars for food only for lack of French fries. 5 stars overall.

My wife and I came here during our Honeymoon a little over three years ago and we still speak highly of it. It was one of the best places we ate while we were in Hawaii. The food was great. The staff were very welcoming. And the ambience was really cool. It makes me sad that a trip to Hawaii may not happen for a long time because I’d love to come back.

Changing my review due to my latest visit. Forced to tip before getting device waited 30 min for a sandwich and when I asked for a refund I was told no that they are giving my sandwich to me now I said no I’m late for work and still the lady shoved a Togo box in my face totally disregarding my complaint…. Had the Strawberry Fields Salad with Blackened Mahi and toasted mac nuts. Drizzled with balsamic and delicious chunks of goat cheese. Large portions and best single beer selection on the island. This one is my friends who had no cheese...I was too busy scarfing mine down hahaha

The food here is phenomenal! You simply have to try this place. The taste and quality are second-to-none. The service is brilliant. Excellent value-for-money.

There are precious few sandwich shops on the Big Island. This is definitely one of the best. The ingredients are excellent, the beverage selection is diverse and the pop corn is a superb bonus. We order online and pick up for maximum convenience.

Great food and sandwiches, everything is always delicious. Staff are friendly and there is a good atmosphere. I'd like to rate higher, but they have consistently gotten part of my order wrong for the last four times I've eaten there. Which is really disappointing for relatively pricey sandwiches. Still happy with what I have received but I would like the food I paid for. Other than those mistakes this place is fantastic and I highly recommend eating here.

The sandwiches come with popcorns and they were one of the best sandwiches. Wish people can learn how to make good veggie sandwiches from these people. Shoutout to the host. We ordered pick up order in restaurant and informed them that we are in starbucks next door grabbing some coffee. After the food was ready, he dropped our food at the starbucks. ❤️

Small deli with a few tables. The Notorious P.I.G. sandwich was awesome, and Lynda loves the Curry Chicken Salad sandwich. The whole tab with tip was less than what we spent at Burger King the day before. Will definitely be back!

Killer Rubin sandwich and the best pickles..... great craft beer selection with a different discounted special every day. (My fav is DEAD GUY ALE) Check them out very unique like a New York deli and a local shop got cross pollinated .

Grilled cheese 🧀 - The cheese is very stretchy and tasty. Also super crispy as well. Would've been a lot better if it was hot but that was on us since we wanted to drive to the beach to eat it haha. Also loved the side of pickles!! 🥪 - It was also very well cooked, both the sandwich bread and the meat. The pineapples didn't go well with it honestly, but I ate it by itself.

Just arrived on the island and were hungry. Saw this place on the map and decided to try it. Oh yeah, this is good. Great little sandwich shop. Must rats.

First time eating here... always seemed a little pricey for a sandwich shop, which kept me from trying it out. I Had the Spicy Puna Cheesesteak. Flavor was good... but the portion was very small for the price. Was sliced Roast Beef lunchmeat which was a little chewy... not Tri-tip or similar cut which would have made it worth more in my opinion. The Bread was soft but didn't tear apart which was nice. Bottom line...Maybe I should have had the Reuben...

I happen to be in the strip mall. Several of my Airbnb guests recommended it so I stopped in to take home a Reuben. It was absolutely delicious. They were also very kind to my golden retriever I will be back and I will recommend to my guests

I need to know how their pickles are made and how they are so crunchy delicious. I’ve never had a Rueben sandwich as delicious as the Turkey Reuben I had here today. My husbands sandwich was equally as bomb tasty. I love that the sandwiches were as easy to eat as they were delicious b/c some places pile them too high to bite into or use too much sauce or too hard of bread. These sandwiches were on perfectly toasted breads and had just the right amount of dressing etc. that’s really a crucial and underrated step in the art of sandwich and Poi Dog really mastered this on a Picasso level. The vibes here are awesome as well. The meaning behind the name of the restaurant makes this overall a slam dunk of Kona eating experience.

Went for a salad--they were huge so settled for the ample half portion. Delicious. Known for their selection of great sandwiches. Loved the atmosphere and music playing. Quick to get our lunch. Will return!

Wasn't impressed. They had a (3) slider special for 12.99. was not worth it. 3 small little sliders, a pickle wedge and popcorn. Wife got a half sandwich which was 9.99. definitely not worth the price, way over priced. Not saying they weren't good but Arby's and Subway be just as good and get more. If your a couple and do go and don't plan on eating a lot. Want to do a half sandwich. Pick something you both will like and at least order a full sandwich. It's only 5 dollars more than a half sandwich. Or take the other half home. Why spend $20 when you can save $5. Actually thought it was a hot dog type restaurant. NOT. Not worth a picture.

Fantastic deli with really cozy interior, great beer selection, and fresh pineapple on most everything! My only complaint is the Notorious PIG was barely spicy. I was expecting more just because they offer a zero spicy version. Still delicious
