Really enjoyed the palace the other night for Halloween special costume show and rocky horror! Seen many shows and live performances here and consistently impressed! Fair prices, supporting local theater& lots of laughs and aloha!

Great venue! Fair prices. All the seats looked like good ones. But tight for my 6'4" husband, but for us short folk it was great! The HS select jazz band was GREAT! (We liked them more than the headliners off the cruise ship) 😁🤙

Hilo Palace Theater was so nice to watch "Waterman" in. The theater is has online and in person ticket sales with open seating. We just got to the theater a little early to pick out our seats. There is also a cafe for food and drinks if anyone would like refreshments before or during the film. Check this place out if you have a chance.

Went to a dance performance Saturday...12/2/23! It was creative, entertaining, fun and was filled with a message of love! The palace seats are not for tall people. If you're tall, sit on the side isle seats or clear in the top section. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. It was fun to have popcorn and snacks for purchase.

Went to the free magic show put on by the Elks club and it was great! The popcorn was $7 for a large tub with a single refill. The staff at concessions were friendly and efficient. My only complaint would be a mentally handicapped guy walked to the end of an isle and stood swaying and moving all over the place right in everyone's view and no one made him go sit down. One young gal tried a single time and he sat down for five minutes right in the isle where he proceeded to spread his bag and items all over. Even the magician looked annoyed that this guy was getting right up at the stage. Not sure why his mom, who was with him after the show didn't have him sit with her. Not a huge deal, just annoying to have a guy bouncing all over the place distracting from the show. Also the bathrooms were a little on the sad side and without a door. Great show though and the theater is nice enough.

Saw the N2 Dance Company's production of Superheroes tonight! It was fun, fast paced and so good. There is amazing talent in this group!! Thanks for a fun evening!!

Wonderful shows, and the theater is a lovely old, well-kept venue. However, the audience roasts. How the performers made it through several great shows is likely because they had room to move around on stage. Solar panels and air-conditioning or at least Costco-sized fans would greatly help the packed house enjoy great entertainment.

Attended the free Magic Dow sponsored by the Elks. The show was wonderful and our 4 year old granddaughter was really enthralled with it.
