I just want to give kudos to Jonah holding it down tonight. We went in today to get a few things and ask a few questions, at the same time about four other people came in, some with questions, some knowing exactly what they need. As a customer's point of view I think he did an amazing job fulfilling everyone's needs and answering all questions. I also observed him reassure a one customer on a purchase before the customer left. He also helped us with what we needed and answered all questions promptly!! I thought he handle everything pretty smoothly.

The staff is awesome... But the Manager... The manager Mr. Jose Kepa-Maranda, he is an absolute stand up guy!!! Nicest guy with the biggest heart you could ever meet.. works with the customers and treats his employees with the upmost repect... And he has the most Angelic man-voice I've ever heard..... Wonderful Aloha filled vibes. Best prices of all smoke shops I have visited .They also have a loyalty rewards program .I love those .I recommend all locations ,but I do favor the Pahoa Location .

One of the best shops on island. I had the opportunity to stop in today and check in with Jose. It's been a bit but, like always, my brotha was attentive and awesome.
