Pahoa bay clinic for adults need to be investigated!!! They have Bad management, and unorganized staff including the clinicians. Appointments always get canceled or rescheduled and when you actually get to an appointment physically they still reschedule you... When you respectfully complain they still give you a run around or excuse of how they can't service you. Never had a problem with the pediatrics tho. It's also important to note that there have been times where they make you walk in for no good reason when all they had to do was call or fax to another facility and they can't even do that!? It doesn't seem these employees are trained properly or maybe even qualified. This pahoa clinic needs to be investigated!!! They are dealing with people's health and their lives!!

The staff showed a sincere lack of care. The doctors are not real. The receptionist lack professionalism and follow through. Our case should have taken 2 weeks. We are finally getting the help we need 2 months later. If I hadn't gotten involved the surgery to remove the glass from his hand would have been another month and a half out. 2 weeks to respond to the next 3 steps in obtaining the appointment. 6 weeks + another 2 months. Once we had the appointment and the travel arrangements made, the woman in the referral dept canceled them because she called once, one day and didn't get ahold of me. So all our work to correct their previous mistakes for nothing. We had to travel on out own dime, trying to get reembursment. The travel arrangements were canceled for my birthday information wich she had in her paperwork. This is Unacceptable. This is in competent. Find another place to go.

The nurses have always been incredibly nice and helpful at this location, but the doctors/nurse practitioner the last year or so are incredibly rude. They keep rotating through doctors now it seems. I'm super laid back and courteous person, but have been shocked at their rudeness towards me when trying to refill/restart some ADHD medications (that I have taken for years off and on from this clinic). I don't know how many damn times I have filled out a medical release form to transfer my records. I miss the old Doctors there. After another frustrating experience this morning, waiting two hours for nothing, I'm gonna look into other insurance options and healthcare providers.

It took me 4 hours to get a single shot that should have only taken about 15 minutes. I waited in the main waiting room for about 30 minutes before being seen by the doctor, who then said she would send my RX but then went on an hour lunch without sending it. Then by the time I got the prescription and got back I had to wait another hour and a half because I was now technically late for my appointment. The staff here are very unprofessional and I refuse to come here ever again.

An absolute nightmare to deal with. I regularly have to call in multiple times over the course of weeks to get my meds refilled. Their phone services don't work properly, so more often than not you'll get dropped calls if you wait on hold, and the call back service hangs up on you after one ring. They also never respond to voicemails. They frequently SAY that they've done something, like put in a request for a refill or sent a referral, but more often than not, that thing actually hasn't been done and you have to call in a few more times to check (waiting an hour on hold each time) before you actually get anything done. They cancel and reschedule appointments at the last minute, and since they are always booked out so far, your new appointment date is likely weeks or months later than originally planned. This is seriously the worst clinic I've ever used.

Warning!! do not go to this place. We had a appointment today with Dr Peggy ONeal we made over a week ago and confirmed it yesterday the day before our appointment drove to the appointment over 1 hour got there and they said our appointment was canceled but no one called us. The doctor we had the appointment with took the day off and did not let any of there appointments know this of course that did not make us happy they told us to just come back a different day very unprofessional place that they treat you with no respect at all I would definitely stay away from this place unless you want problems. They treat their patients with absolutely no respect and do not care about your time at all. Dr Peggy ONeill was very unprofessional and does not care about her patient's time or money you are obviously just a number if you go to this clinic and are asking for problems. We wish we would have read all of these bad reviews before making a appointment with this place they should be put out of business immediately as they are dealing with people's health.

This is not the place to go if you need professional medical care. My list of complaints is too long for this post, but here are some of my top issues: multiple cancelled appointments by more than one APRN with no reschedule, misinformation regarding blood tests, not calling in needed prescribed medications that she ordered on multiple occasions, posting false information in her notes regarding visits, complete visits "lost" due to computer errors(?), no show for televisit that I waited 6 weeks for, call from cell phone 30 minutes after visit, no follow up as she said she would call back that evening, referrals to other doctors (neurosurgeon, rheumatologist) never completed. Cannot get appointments for 4 to 6 weeks, but prescribed meds that must be doctor approved for refills. Reception staff is curt and rude. APRNs appearrance unprofessional in personal attire (torn/dirty) on multiple visits. No voice mail messages ever returned. Due to lack of care and trip to ER, ER doctor told me to "find another provider"...save yourself a ton of time and concern and look elsewhere for medical care. This place is a health hazard not a health care facility.

Very hard to get ahold of after being on HolD over 45 min 4 different times they refused to let me see my primary dr after being in an auto accident. Reason given is 3rd party insurance. How do you not let someone follow up with primary dr as told by er?
