The
absolute
worst
experience
Iāve
ever
had
at
a
place
that
supposed
to
be
catered
towards
children.
As
a
mom
of
4
and
having
previously
worked
at
a
childrenās
hospital,
as
well
as
a
preschool
teacher,
there
were
no
skills
towards
little
children
to
help
them
feel
welcome,
safe
and
comfortable.
It
was
my
4
year
oldās
first
time
to
the
dentist
and
she
was
a
bit
nervous,
and
nothing
was
done
to
help
her
feel
comfortable.
Over
the
phone
they
told
me
If
my
child
was
crying
they
would
let
me
go
with
her
to
the
back,
but
that
was
not
the
case
in
my
experience.
After
they
tried
getting
my
daughter
to
go
into
the
office
by
herself,
and
she
wouldnāt,
Dr
Adamās
came
out
to
the
waiting
room
and
rather
than
greeting
my
little
girl
with
the
warm
smiles,
reassurances
and
something
to
distract
her
from
her
nerves,
Dr.
Adams
just
said
ācome
to
the
back
and
we
can
take
pictures
of
your
teeth
and
clean
themā.
My
little
one
stood
close
to
me
all
nervous,
and
then
Dr
Adams
told
me
how
I
should
have
just
waited
in
the
car
and
let
them
grab
her
from
there
so
it
didnāt
make
the
separating
harder
(which
I
am
normally
an
advocate
of,
but
not
in
a
random
dentists
office
for
a
little
girls
first
time,
and
where
I
canāt
even
hear
my
child
cry
or
scream-
because
they
donāt
even
allow
the
adults
to
wait
in
the
building).
I
donāt
want
the
dentist
to
be
a
scary
place
for
my
kids
so
I
didnāt
make
her
go
crying,
I
let
her
leave
with
me.
Very
disappointed
in
the
service
and
lack
of
commitment
to
ālet
the
parent
come
back
if
the
child
is
cryingā.
We
will
not
be
coming
back.
If
you
are
looking
for
a
friendly
dentist
office
that
allows
a
parent
to
go
back
with
a
child,
Hawaii
Family
Dental
in
Kihei
is
a
great
place!
