We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and the foods and drinks were great! The service was very average in my opinion, in that no matter how excited we were, the workers never seemed to show any desire or enjoyment of service. In 3 visits within a week, I don't recall a smile, a thank you, or any other indication of appreciation. Maybe because they don't feel they have to, but it would have definitely gotten them a fifth star.

The German breakfast plate at Tealicious is a delightful way to start the day. As a cold brew drinker, I pair it with some cold brew. But the plate of delicious snacks is what I love the most. From cheese and bread to jams and eggs, everything pairs well together. Tealicious is tucked away off the beaten path from Ali’i Drive in downtown Kona, making it a bit hard to find. It’s also next to some residential apartments and a yoga studio, so parking can be a bit of a challenge. However, you can find street parking above the coffee shop on your way down towards Royal Kona Resort. The shop is small, the Wi-Fi isn’t the best, so I often sit outside or near the window. The food is great, the staff is friendly, and the coffee tastes good. Ironically, I still haven’t tried their tea, but I heard it’s really good.

OMG worth the 17 hour flight! We were met at the door with the most glorious of smells! Fantastic options for vegans, delicious tea and outstanding service. If you come to Kona you HAVE to visit.

High marks from me- Decent tea and decent people. Great local Hawaiian Black tea, served in charming mismatched china. Got a whole pot and was very glad I did. Tiny place, 4 inside tables and a couch. Great atmosphere. Light menu - including one of the BEST German potato salads I've ever had. Comprehensive tea & tisane selection including East Frisian tea & chilled local Kombucha. Not expensive, $10-20 range only because there was just so much I wanted to try.

On to something so electric and unique in Kona. They offer the most amazing tea selections and little treats here. Gotta try the Rose tea. All pastries are delicious. The only thing I wish that they would cut is fresh fruits to serve instead. Otherwise, everything else is worth trying.

Came at 6am and loved it. Great service, great crowd, and good coffee. The Portuguese custard bite was really good too!

Breakfast is good. Croissant ham & cheese is so fresh and tasty. Bircher muesli is new to me, basically oatmeal with fruits on top with honey.

The plan was to have breakfast at 808 Grindz Cafe, where a lot of locals go, but we ended up at Tealicious. I had the purple tea, the yoghurt parfait with muesli, chopped fruit and honey, and a lemon cream cheese pastry. Dave had chia seed with muesli, chopped fruit and honey and the Portuguese Tart. All items were taste and tongue pleasing. I also got to hear one of the coo-coo clocks sound out 10am and got some ideas on things to do in the area from the community bulletin board.

Definitely a cozy place, food is even good but half of the waitstaff is jaded. Feels like they’ve been in the food industry too long. Maybe it’s time to move on ladies. You walk in and you’re welcomed with a blank stare. No hello, no how are you today. They’re unfriendly and unwelcoming. I went there twice and I wouldn’t go back nor do I recommend you spend your money there. It’s unfortunate. When I walk into a place I wanna feel the passion. I wanna feel the good energy I don’t wanna walk into a place and feel like it’s a funeral

Had a wonderful time. We had the Tropical Green tea - it was delicious. We also had the mozzarella, tomato, & Pesto sandwich, pasta salad, and custard tart. All were delicious. Will definitely go again.

SOOO YUMMY! We ate breakfast here 3 mornings during our week long stay. We loved; The Healthy One Breakfast $12.50; *1/2 fresh papaya w.lemon slice *Chia, Oats & Coconut milk topped w.honey (or agave) & loads of fresh fruit *boiled egg (soft boiled) *side of toasted almonds The German Breakfast FrÜhstÜck $18.50 *2 varieties of cold cut meats *3 varieties of cheeses *pad of butter *sliced apples *1/2 mandarin *tomato wedge *cucumber slices *slice of pickle *pot of strawberry jam *croissant *2x chiabatta bread rolls *soft boiled egg *glass of orange juice And their 100% Kona coffee! Both breakfast plates were super filling and fresh. Service was excellent and friendly. But be warned there are only 4 small tables inside. We look forward to returning and spreading the word about this tasty restaurant.

I love this spot! We've come back multiple times and everything is really good here. Not to mention it's a super cute spot. The bakery is so good its unreal, love the pastries and the brie & fig jam sandwich is so good, I'm still thinking about it days later.

Good coffee and loved the lemongrass tea. Portuguese custard tart was also good, but a tad bit too sweet for my taste.

It became our favorite coffee shop while we were staying in Kona. We enjoyed everything here: coffee, breakfast, service, beautiful teaware (that we also purchased).

When staying in Kona you absolutely HAVE to eat here! Breakfast is beyond amazing. Be sure to come early to catch a spot to eat indoors, the ambiance is a mix of cottage cozy and artistic wonder. The coffees here are so great, so if you aren’t a tea drinker (like myself) you can still quench your morning caffeine needs!

We came by for brunch and loved their sandwiches. The baguettes used were crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the inside. Highly recommend their Brie and Muffeletta sandwiches

Oooh what a great find for bfast. And, I suspect for lunch too. If you think some of the bfast offerings sound odd, like musili with milk AND orange juice, don’t worry it tastes great. And they serve delicious coffee, not just tea. They use local grown coffee for pour over, and imported coffee for espresso. The local coffee is best for pour over and not espresso.

The new owners have made a good place great. Not sure how describe the place being better besides higher quality more attention to service and overall quality of atmosphere but very happy with end result. Had intended to make purchase to go but was compelled to stay and enjoy. & enjoy I did. Highly recommend if one is craving a comfortable cup of tea in a relaxed atmosphere. No high pressure sales vibes just flawless execution of servicing customers needs 🙌
