I found some amazing things to bring home. Bag for my home lunch. Portable straw, chopstick, fork and spoon set. Foldable spoon with bag. And some clips. Finally a sweat band for my papale. Great fun store!!! A must whist in Hilo town.😍😍😍

If you're shopping the waterfront in Hilo you don't want to miss this shop. I swung by on a Thursday afternoon and met the owner who is the sweetest. The staff was friendly, the shop was adorable and I purchased the cutest rattan bag.

Very friendly and welcoming staffs. I wanted to find souvenirs for my hawaii trip and this place was the one. Found unique pins, a dress for my niece made in Maui, and a calendar with beautiful hawaii illustrations. Owner wasn’t there but I was told the owner makes the woven hats which were 👍👍. They had some for display only and some for sale. It was kind of pricey since it’s handmade but if I was a hat person, I would’ve definitely bought one for myself.

I purchase a beautiful Papale from Michele made by Kumu Pamela Lipscomb of Hilo. I am absolutely thrilled and looking forward to making another purchase just waiting for the right style ❤️

I had such a great experience shopping there! The staff and owners are friendly and approachable. An understated gem was finding a zero-waste product line tucked away on one side of the store. It's actually part of Cultivar Goods, a separate brand and business entity from Hana Hou. Both Cultivar Goods and Hana Hou provide products that complement each other in style, thought, and theme. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, finding meaningful treasures.

It's alright for a tourist shop ,but as a local it's over price

Bought a very cute dress, a beautiful woven bracelet and some quality skincare cream. This is such a great store! You have to stop by if you ever find yourself in Hilo.

Disappointing experience. Had a wonderful initial experience with the service woman. The owner then publicly derided me for sharing that someone had told us Okinawa is sometimes called "poor man's Hawai'i." She lectured me in front of other customers for several minutes. I felt totally uncomfortable and unwelcome. Not sure what her issues are and why she took this so personally, but she lost a customer as a result.

Love this place! Bought 2 gorgeous, simple Japanese designed dresses made of natural fabric both mafe in Hawaii...am definitely returning for more. I love it when I find items that I didn't even know I was looking for! Mahalo 🙏🌈
