I went in off season and it was still beautiful. Dam is beautiful and the views are super. Ride is very pleasant and blissful. It gives you a feeling of out side India. Boats are very clean. Swimming jackets are clean and things are maintained well. Road to reach this place is in good condition and hoping Bihar Gov is going to maintain it well.

You can reserve the whole boat in 550, which have 11 seats. You can extend ur ride by 15 more mins by paying them. Ride is very pleasant and blissful. It gives you a feeling of out side India. Wonderful Literally Wonderful It must be on your bucket list if you're exploring Bihar especially Rohtas and Kaimur. This place has got all the points ✅ when it comes to describe the word Scenic. You got to have the spectacular experience here which is by hills , dam and forest. This Dam is what we called a true reservoir as it has mountain on its sides , that too covered with lush green habitat and this creates gorgeous view. Meanwhile It has great potential for Energy Production and Tourism !

This is a Karamchat Dam also known as Durgawati Dam. This Dam is surrounded by Shergarh mountain, gupta dham mountain and so many other mountains. This beautiful dam and beautiful scene is situated in Rohtas district in Bihar. There are so many beautiful waterfall near this Dam. This waterfall can be seen in Gupta dham road.
