The
vehicle
was
in
disrepair
with
a
very
strong
pull
to
the
left
which
made
driving
hazardous.
It
was
rough
and
a
real
mess
to
drive.
We
have
rented
cars
before
and
they
have
never
been
in
such
a
state.
WONT
BE
RENTING
AGAIN
FROM
WHANGAREI
RAD
BECAUSE
OF
THIS
EXPERIENCE

below).
The
admin
person
was
extremely
rude
to
me
about
my
credit
card.
I
get
a
phone
call
the
day
before
we
arrive
saying
she
wants
another
credit
card.
She
didn't
say
it
had
declined,
she
said
she
wanted
another
credit
card
not
a
debit
card.
I
explained
to
her
that
it
wasn't
a
debit
card
and
that
I
don't
put
money
onto
the
card
until
I
need
it.
She
didn't
accept
that
and
would
not
listen.
She
insisted
she
needed
another
card.
I
see
another
reviewer
has
had
the
same
issue
with
the
lady.
.
So
finally
I
convinced
her
that
I
wasn't
a
fraud,
that
in
fact
I
had
transferred
money
over
onto
the
card
as
we
speak.
She
was
almost
shouting
at
me
and
my
witness
(as
we
were
on
speaker
phone)
said
she
was
really
angry
and
unprofessional.
There
was
no
apology
when
the
payment
went
through
just
a
very
terse
email
asking
me
to
acknowledge
that
I
understood
the
terms
and
conditions.
Really
bad
service
in
my
opinion.
I
was
highly
disappointed
in
the
whole
experience.
The
car
was
a
mess
and
the
admin
person
was
totally
unprofessional.
We
had
hired
from
RAD
two
times
before.
Once
in
Whangarei
where
a
man
was
lovely
to
deal
with
and
once
in
Christchurch.
They
were
brilliant
experiences.
The
cars
were
lovely
and
the
hire
went
like
a
dream.
Dealing
with
Whangarei
RAD
this
time
was
a
nightmare.
The
car
shouldn't
have
been
on
the
road
and
the
admin
person's
attitude
was
disgusting.
