Very good service, the man that owns it is a sweetheart and helped us book over phone for the next day. The only thing is that its a bit to walk there from town but only takes about 20-30 minutes. Would recommend to rent your car here if your in the area, good prices!😃

Great customer service. Our flights were cancelled out of Rotorua for 3 days at the end of our visit (weather), and they were super flexible with the hire, and went out of their way to find us a vehicle to use, even though it involved a lot of juggling. They were totally committed to finding us a solution. Greatly appreciated it.

Fantastic customer service, thanks Matt! These guys went above and beyond when we were in a difficult situation on holiday. After our car was broken into and damaged they picked us up from around the corner at closing time, rented us a car straight away, and extended our hire time when our car took longer than expected to be repaired. We used these guys for a recent stay in NZ, at first I thought it was to good to be true because they were the least expensive by far of the car hire companies. I am so glad I was wrong, these guys were brilliant, so helpful, I called to change my booking a couple of times and they were so good about it, car was clean and a new model.
