The
manager(a
lady)
has
obvious
racial
discrimination.
I
can't
believe
that
KFC,
one
of
the
international
catering
giants
has
such
a
poor
service
attitude.
I
went
to
kfc
to
buy
food
on
New
Year’s
Day.
I
queued
for
a
long
time
but
no
staff
came
to
take
the
order.
They
seemed
to
be
doing
it
on
purpose.
After
I
asked
them,
their
manager
told
me
that
if
I
want
to
eat,
I
can
go
to
the
machine
to
order
or
going
to
somewhere
else,
I
was
shocked
by
she's
attitude
at
the
time,
after
I
turned
and
left,
she
immediately
ordered
for
the
local
behind
me,
so
I
started
to
queue
again,
but
when
I
ordered
when
I
was
there,
their
employees
deliberately
left
again,
and
seemed
unwilling
to
order
for
me.
I
think
the
employees
received
some
kind
of
instructions
from
the
manager,
and
they
could
ignore
my
order
request.
The
manager
said
to
me
bluntly
"i
don't
like
you
as
a
person"
before
I
left.
I
have
reason
to
think
that
this
manager
is
showing
serious
racial
discrimination.
And
I
have
great
doubts
about
kfc's
company
personnel
and
management
mechanism,
because
I
think
she
became
a
manager
without
professional
training.
It
would
be
a
disaster
for
the
whole
team
if
she
became
a
manager.
It's
a
disgrace
to
the
entire
KFC
company,
because
she
has
damaged
the
reputation
of
the
entire
company,
that
is
ridiculous.
I
hope
the
company
can
seriously
investigate
this
matter,
because
I
don't
want
more
people
to
become
victims.
