The packing box was not given with 100 and 50 gm silver coins. Further 250 gm coin was not available at Kaithal showroom. The staff's behaviour was very appreciable.

Very poor customer service. Went to store to return the jewellery to get refund to which they are not acting professionally. What PC Jeweller is telling me that they have stopped refunds for some particular period of time. What a shame. Highly disappointed.

Worst experience ever. Local gold smiths are far better then pc jeweller. Don't buy any jewellery from them. Poor service.
