Ordered Mutton Seekh, Butter Chicken, and Rumali Rotis. The mutton seekh was nice. The butter chicken was watery and low on flavor, but the chicken pices were tender. The rumali rotis were fine. The main issue with this place it that they seem to get everything frozen or pre-cooked because they refuse to do any customization to your order. They couldn't even give me salt when I told them the butter chicken was bland and low on salt.

Extremely dry stale and tasteless food. Dont expect even a normal taste let alone a Khan chacha worthy restaurant taste. Best to avoid.

Worst ever experience.so disgusting.I ordered mutton tikka & chicken malai,both were uncooked totally &burnt from outside.Total wastage of money.doubt if really it is khan cha cha.food on road side stalls is much much better

Worst experience second time now otherwise wouldn't have visited here..ordered Dal and Paneer gravy for me and my friend..firstly both dishes were served completely cold. The person taking order gives you just 1 plate for 2 ppl knowingly that it's for 2 ppl..we were seated in the middle so didnt go back asking for more..then paneer had excess salt in it. Last time same guy mixed our rolls.. They really need to get serious about services at this outlet as it's spoiling the brand image Fyi last order was around 130 on 21st dec 2022

Terrible taste of food, Very small quantity of food while ordered a full plate and priced like way too much. Not satisfactory at all.

Uncooked food. I ordered through swiggy just now. Highly disappointed and frustrated. Completely tasteless. No phone number of restaurant to complaint. Poor communication.

Frozen food served! Charged 350rs for a Biryani which was taken straight out of the fridge and put in the microwave. Not recommended.
