It’s an incidence dated 14th September, 2023 , i went to mcdonalds khrukshetra at around 10:00pm and the staff showed very rude behaviour to me , they even did the service so badly that i , being a mcdonalds appreciator , felt that i was appreciating it wrong everytime. It does not deserve this , just because of the staff , the employees and their behaviour. So the company must take some actions against the staff of Kurukshetra McDonalds as soon as possible …., and they refused to give us straws for our dine in and when we saw upstairs there were empty glasses of cold drinks with straws in it , they were being biased. And the air conditioners were also not working since 10pm

Really bed experience they had party of birthday but the behaviour of staff was wired they said that please finish your meal because this is booked for birthday party. If it’s booked for birthday party then why u guys served us. Or why u didn’t put any board outside. This is wired. And really bed experience.

Seems to be a new outlet as far as staff knowledge is concerned. Though the staff was nice and confirmed to give the order on fresh call as requested. I had ordered one burger and one pizza mc puff the bun of the burger was not so fresh and to my surprise had a small fungus patch on side which is shown in pic also. I double checked by taking a bite and the bread was definitely not fresh as it was hard which usually is the case with old bread. Also, the patty was as warm as in normal case and was not hot as it should be in a fresh call order. Mc puff was freshly prepared and was good in taste and hot enough to satisfy the taste buds in chilly winter season. Tastebud-ease rating- 3

I visit on day time only one counter is there the other counter person are busy in talking. I wait very long to give my order standing in queue and after order to much wait to receive it. They should use atleast two counter for taking orders.

A typical McDonald's. Situated on two levels, you can order at the ground floor and sit on the upper level. Good staff with good service. However, sometimes actual food delivery takes a bit extra time. Menu items are a bit limited compared to normal metro city McDonald's. There are no egg/non-veg options as this is a holy city.

It was great. Their payment and billing system is improved a lot. Saves a lot of time. The food quality, as usual, is top notch. The hygiene is something that they need to take care of. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Mane Macdonald yamunanagar me visit kiya or mera experience bhut aacha ta staff is soo good and all good service. And snacks is soo yummy I am strongly recommend McDonald's yamunanagar.

Should start putting lettuce soon in the burger otherwise i prefer burgerking.

It's pretty bad for a McDonald's. The food wasn't good; burgers were completely pasted with very thick sauce. The Sundae was melting. Didn't have the happy meal toys, apparently because they are not getting the supply from corporate.
