This place is located in Savoy Green's karnal on National Highway 44, when moving towards Delhi. Nice place to eat, you can enjoy with your family and friends, superb quality food, supportive staff and very fast service. Overall good experience.

Very poor service. This is what we get by ordering mc spicy chicken burger nothing but some mayo and thin slices of bun. Replacement also same with no much difference.

First of all, lots of options available to eat. I liked that they allow multiple options to choose in meal in case you don't want cold drink. Lots of space for dine in. Tables were cleaned well. Photographic place and option to sit in lawn is very nice, especially in the evenings.

I've visited numerous McDonald's locations across Punjab, but my recent experience at this particular outlet was disappointingly subpar. The food I received was notably cold. Additionally, the fries, which are typically a highlight, fell short of expectations. They lacked their usual crispiness and seemed as if they had been sitting out for at least 30 minutes before being served. I recognize that fast-food restaurants can have busy periods, but maintaining quality is crucial. It's disappointing when an establishment fails to deliver the classic McDonald's experience, especially when it comes to the fundamentals of freshness and temperature. This visit was a letdown, and I hope the staff will refocus on quality to ensure the consistency McDonald's is known for.

Don't finalise your order watching the first display board as lot of items are not mentioned. When you move to the payment window, there is another board where you will find a lot of better options.

This mc Donald is a drive through.. I often visit this place while coming back from Shimla.. the team of mc D is energetic.. even if there is along que .. you will get the order process in no time. Only thing that need improvement is, the drive through has no sign boards on road side.. therefore, you may miss it if you are in rush.

For coffee, it's better to go to coffee shops Paneer Burger was not fresh

This place has a drive in pick-up counter of McDonald's in the parking area, and a proper McDonald's counter inside the premises. The staff is courteous and its a good place for a quick bite.

Food quality is degrading by the day. Fries are generally soggy, burger are like they were prepared one day before and being served today. This is specially when ordered through drive thru.

Experience was good and environment was soothing and so clean.

I was wrongly charged extra 10/- for Upgrading my cold drink to coffee which i didn't asked for. Upon confronting, the cashier said that its usual charge and nothing to worry. Mr. Ankit (Manager) confirmed that the charge was invalid and cashier was wrong in his doings. McDonald's should take immediate action for such un-ethical practices at there store.

Good place and good crowd. You can get many options to eat here. From Indian food to south Indian food, Burger, pizza and also some indoor shopping is there to buy souvenirs. You can also click some good pictures in the park outside. This place has takeaway also and ample space for parking

Its located inside another venue by the name of Savoy Greens, as well as other multiple businesses. Its a sort of mini Market, nice rest rooms and ample parking. Sweets and speciality items are also available outside the venue near parking. This place is for one and all. Although its a drive through but seating space is also available inside the venue. We can get branded coffee, kachoris, lovely gift shops(novelty & traditional punjabi), ice creams etc. On the outside they have children rides, fountain and ample lawn area.

It's pretty good as per the highway standards. The pickup was pretty fast too. The most important thing is that the ice cream machine was working. They have a drive through too but there's too much of rush there, so we went in to pickup. There is a good amount of seating available on the inside. You can also scan and order, I'm not sure about ordering ahead.

Very Poor and Rude Behaviour of staff. I asked them to make 2 bills to avail the offers/vouchers on drive thru but they refused to do so. They are making their own rules and theories that one car one bill in drive thru. Convey this message to higher authorities of Macdonalds as they are harrasing customers
