Royal aesthetics and grandeur ambience is what defines this place. We had gone here to celebrate a promotion party and had a great time. The buffet was well laid out and had a variety of items. However, the staff was not kind as expected towards our children. A little bit of politeness could have gone a long way. 5 stars for their service, food taste, ambience and variety of food delicacies. It is a great location but some of the staff needs to be considerate as we were a group of 20 people. Worth a visit.

We had a very good experience of stay at Noormahal palace from 1-3 November. Decor and Ambience is truly great especially the lobby and the courtyards. The passages give the history of the bygone days of the palace. Rooms though comfortable but do not have a touch of the palace. Staff is is very courteous and helpful, food is good. We had an enjoyable and a memorable time there. Convey our thanks to the whole team. Will recommend to our friends and family. Thanks once again.

This hotel gives a mirage of a 5 star luxury palace. But inside it is not your money's worth. I had booked a room ₹16000 for a night. Even though the check in was provided @ 2 pm, the room was not cleaned with cigarette stubs spread around. With a much lower tariff you can enjoy uber luxurious properties around Delhi.

We celebrated 50th anniversary of our in laws here. The sales staff helped us choose the right size of the party room and menu by providing samples. They also gave us 1 hr before and after the party for preparation and the wrap up. I want to especially thank Mr. Vinay for accommodating our requests. He also provided references for the photographer and introduced us to the bakery chef who helped us choose a beautiful cake. Everything turned out to be perfect - The venue, sunny weather in December, pool side location, appetizers, performances from family and friends, food, desserts and more. Coffee service was a bit slow though. A couple of suggestions- If hotel can provide Bluetooth speaker and a microphone that will make any family gathering even more enjoyable. Keeping minor things aside, all in all a great experience that exceeded my expectations

Nice overall experience. The number of staff is good to handle bigger crowd which I feel lacks sometimes in many hotel. Food is excellent, BUT, they did serve afternoon food in dinner, well i cannot claim they did but I m definitely sure They used to close pool in morning at 10.30 and again opens up in evening at 5, find no sense in that with hotel like that.

Although it’s in a quite obscure area, the hotel itself is really beautiful, with such careful attention to detail having been paid to every inch of the place. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the food was excellent. What a place!!

The valet service is compulsory. But Valet stole my Car's Keychain which was precious to me as it was a gift from loved one They have no response on the same other than sorry, my duty is till 4pm and I don't know what happens after that to Car Keys. Keys are left in open for anyone to steal. The Food service is good.

it's 5 star in booking application but it's 4 star hotel. people were kind and breakfast was good but everything isn't enough to be a standard as a 5 star. Surely Noormahal is the one of the best among 4 star hotels. If you came from advanced country, you might think so but in case of local people, it will be enough. (I don't have any intend to be rude for them)

I think rooms need to be upgraded. Also House keeping staff has to be responsive. Excellent chef on each shift. The front office team is very welcoming. Especially mentioning Rashmi who greeted all my guests with a big cheerful smile and made them comfortable. Staff at the porch were very smart and effective and the man with a big moustache at the front door. Wonderful guy

This used to be a very nice hotel with good service and food. Food is still awesome with plenty to choose from..in buffet. Service is still okay though it took me 4 calls to get my AC fixed. Rooms are not maintained as they used be before comparing my 2 earlier trips to this place. But still deserves 5 stars.

It's a new hotel and needs to get up to speed on being a hotel and having more customer friendly processes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It would be good to have an overall scent for the lobby and rooms, as currently everything smells like feet.

My Husband and I stayed at this hotel for three days. We had booked a suite and found the hotel to be extremely beautiful. Without any doubt, it looks like a Royal Palace. The food was well prepared and presented. Very satisfying. However, the services left a lot to be desired. It took several calls for us to get any kind of service at all. Also ,there is a lot of disturbance from the wedding celebrations taking place. I used the spa facilities too. Like the rest of the hotel, the Spa is also beautiful. However, they do not have the materials to provide all the services that they mention on their menu.

The worst experience ever! We had wedding function on 6th nov in sheesh mahal part of Noor mahal. Our wedding was marred by an unfortunate incident. Regrettably, the food served to our guests led to widespread food poisoning, casting a shadow over the joyous occasion. This unforeseen health issue significantly impacted the overall experience. It is crucial for the hotel to enhance its food safety measures to prevent such distressing situations during special events. I hope they take immediate action to rectify this and ensure the well-being of future guests or else we are going to file a case againts them.

Noormahal is Palace styled 5* Hotel. Build some 10 years ago, is well maintained property. Best for Destination weddings, Stay vacation, and Business events. It is approx. 4 hrs away from Delhi. Staff is well trained. Food served is fresh and very delicious😋. Best part is each cousine has its own aroma.

Outstanding property with gorgeous rooms. Even the hallways are filled with informative artifacts and pictures. There are many amenities available and all of them are well maintained.

Our stay at the Noor Mahal palace was extremely pleasing and comfortable. It is a unique property which makes you feel as if you are enjoying the lavish lifestyle of the erstwhile kings and royal families. The hospitality of the staff was par excellence.

We were there on 14th & 15th Aug 2022 with friends we had amazing food along with great service & welcome from staff rooms are v clean neat & it's of good size. There were 3 to 4 weddings going on for that they have beautiful venues in hotel though we donot hv to compromise for anything . I have stayed there and my experience was very poor. Ambience is very good but the amenities they have offered us was very bad. At the time of check-in, behaviour of staff is really unexpected. And they have also not even put our luggage from our car. While we are going to our room, no one was there to guide us the way towards room. Food is highly expensive and even after they have not fulfil basic hygiene things. Wifi was not working in rooms and we have also complaint about the same but we are not getting satisfactory response. Request you @Noor Mahal - Manager Customer Relation, kindly noted down above things and communicate with your team for further resolution. Our expectations was very hight about this property but reality was totally different & unsatisfied.

Great Hotel with Palace like architecture. But don't mistake it for a renovated palace. The Hotel is completely made from scratch and given the look and feel of a Palace. Courtyard is very nice. Food is expensive though as per the city (₹₹₹₹) for two people for a decent meal). Overall a good experience.

This hotel stay was the best, Any one who loves art and craft will definitely love this place and prefer to stay in this Heritage. Hospitality and services provided by them was wonderful. Rooms are very neat and organized. You can choose this place for photo shoot and for special events. This location is very easy to access.

The architectural beauty of the place was really mesmerizing. Really gave an elite like feeling and had an inherent ambience of a palace but still the staff was very cordial and ready to solve all the query with utmost patience. The pool area was also very neat and tidy and the food provided was also very hygienic and well placed also.

Hotel interior is top notch. Rooms arent good comparing to 5 star hotel. But overall you will have great luxurious experience because of interiors of hotel. Breakfast was not 5 star type either. Taste and restaurant is good though. Overall you should visit this palace at least once.

Attended the marriage of one of Cousins today here. It has been a destination wedding. Great ambience with great heritage value is the USP, I think. The food, service & location has been amazing. The feeling of being Karnal was taken away & a feeling of being in mountains was dominant. Highly Recommended for weddings & other Ceremonies.
