I belong to this place. Good place to live. Everyone here is friendly and helping. People like to interact with each other. Cleanness is a big issue although. The area has all the shops you need. Close to market. Every festival is celebrated here with all pomp and show. All in all the most famous place of kaithal is pratap gate in every aspect whether good or bad 😜.

Gurudwara Sri Behar Sahib, Behar his Gurdwara is situated in village Bahir Jachchh which is located on Patiala-Haryana Border in Tehsil Samana.   The Ninth Sikh Guru, Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji visited this place alongwith his family in 1666 during his journey of Malwa region, while coming from Village Dhamtaan Sahib. A Carpenter named Malla fell on Guru Ji's feet and brought them to his house. The ladies of his house served the ladies who had come with Guru Ji and Malla served Guru Ji for the whole Night. Next Morning, when Guru Ji was reciting Hymns from holy books after taking bath in River Saraswati, people of the Village came and bowed in front of Guru Ji. The Villagers said that we are very poor, kindly get us relieved from this poverty. Guru Ji said," Stop consumption of Tobacco and you will be relieved of poverty". The people said," We can not stop consumption of Tobacco ". Guru Ji said that if you had left the consumption of Tobacco today, then your poverty would have ended today, but now after sometime my Sikhs would come from West Punjab and they would make this region prosperous and you would get rid of poverty. This place would become a place of pilgrimage and anyone who would take bath here with pure heart for 12 Amavas, all his wishes would be fulfilled and he would be relieved of all the sufferings. Guru Ji stayed at this place for 2 Nights and 3 Days. After relieving Trilok Das Sandhu of his problems, Guru Ji left towards Kaithal. Gurudwara Sri Behar Sahib is situated in Village Behar, district Patiala. This Village is situated on Punjab-Haryana border. Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib ji came here from Village dhamtaan with family. A carpenter named Mala bowed in front of Guru Sahib. He took Guru Sahib and his family to his home. Where he served Guru Sahib and ladies from his family served Mata Gujri ji, Mata jito ji and other ladies along with Guru Sahib. For whole night he served Guru Sahib and discussed the religious things. In morning Guru Sahib took bath and was doing nitnem paath, the Villager assembled and prayed in front of Guru Sahib that they were very poor people, please do something for us and get us relieved from this miserable life. Guru Sahib told them to stop the consumption of tambaacoo and you people will be relived from this. People said that we cannot leave consuming tambaacoo. Guru Sahib told that if you had left the tobacco today then your poverty would have ended today only, but now at some time my sikhs will come here from west Punjab and this place will be a tirath. Guru Sahib also blessed that who so ever will take bath for 12 masya in this Sarovar his wishes will be fulfilled. Guru Sahib stayed here for three days and two nights at mala's home. Also Guru Sahib got Tirlok Das relieved from his problems and left towards kaithal.

👍👍 Guru Teg Bahadur Chowk Also Called Khanda Chowk, Committee Chowk is a very important landmark especially for those visiting City. One side of the Chowk leads towards Main Bazzar, towards Hind Cinema Siwan Gate, and Park Road side leads to Pehowa Chowk.
