The

Shri
Guru
Tegh
Bahadur
Ji
visited
this
place
alongwith
his
family
in
1666
during
his
journey
of
Malwa
region,
while
coming
from
Village

Sahib.
A
Carpenter
named
Malla
fell
on
Guru

feet
and
brought
them
to
his
house.
The

of
his
house

the

who
had

Next
Morning,
when

people
of
the

in

The

relieved
from
this
poverty.
Guru

and
you
will
be
relieved
of
poverty".
The
people
said,"
We
can
not
stop
consumption
of
Tobacco
".
Guru
Ji
said
that
if
you

would
become
a
place
of
pilgrimage
and
anyone
who
would
take
bath
here
with
pure
heart
for
12
Amavas,
all
his
wishes
would
be
fulfilled
and
he
would
be
relieved
of
all
the
sufferings.
Guru
Ji
stayed
at
this
place
for
2
Nights
and
3
Days.
After
relieving

Sandhu
of
his
problems,
Guru
Ji
left
towards
Kaithal.
