Highly professional, good and experienced staff, very polite doctors. However I lost my brother here. There main focus from day my brother got admitted, was to save their documents legally, if something bad happens to patient and misleading by creating scenerios that you don't have better option than them. Rather than saving someone's life, they took two days to diagnose the problem and as per the hospital policy they will not share the documents on time so that you can't even take second option. Beware of these Money making machines.

Not satisfied Staff is not cooperative especially in ICU 2 Lack of personal care for the patient. My mother was not able to take sleep at night due to talkative behavior of the staff She just want to take discharge from this hospital due to lack of emotional support and impatient behavior. They don’t have the etiquette how to talk with the attendant Lack of cleanliness is also there in visiting areas you can see housefly there Plz be careful when you admit your love ones

So it was my first time...that I'm donating blood..at Healing Touch Hospital. The experience was really Good. The Staff was polite & humble. I wish they will utilise that donation in well manner...will save someone's life . & will not use to earn money. Anyway..i really appreciate the whole team of blood centre as they were very strict to their rules & following their SOPs in correct manner.

Sir good morning Sir > I had very bad experience at your hospital. Though the Dr are nice and very cooperative. But the support staff and help desk are very un cooperative. Special mention is being made for lab reports..they are not cooperative. Twice my mother got admitted And the reports were not given ..even the Dr.. Was annoyed with them.. I request you to kindly intervene in..and the same should be resolved..

Had to come immediately due to emergency. As soon as I arrived, the process was started by filling the form. 

Healing touch hospital is too good hospital. My mother in law admitted in this hospital. There are little bit mistakes or we can say lack in services. And we are fully filled with anger 🤬🤬 . At last someone suggested us to meet with Manju mam and by talking to her we forgot our anger. She is sweet spoken lady. She sort out problem with kindness. Healing touch is real heal illness.

Cleanliness is poor, water on floor around water cooler, flies all around, the reception and enquiry staff give very incorrect estimates of doctor availability. Otherwise the hospital is bustling with activity meaning they must be doing something right. Overall team of doctors seem quite competent.

A very good hospital for those who go for health insurance or are government employees. This is somewhat costly and you may feel everything expensive here. But I will give a 5 star rating to the staff members.

My mother been using services at this hospital and they been very quick efficient with there service. Doctors are very helpful and provide great support to their patient

Pathetic services. There is no particular numbering of patients. I went with someone for ultrasound. There was no senior for checking of report for atleast an hour. No-one was there to tell you when your number is coming for checkup. Charges of a simple ultrasound is 1000 rupees but services are not worth even 1 rupees. These people don’t have value of time. Senior came in and then went off for picking up his phone. What a doctor. Phone is more important than a patient.

Very very bad experience in this hospital. I had lost my mother only due to negligence of doctors and their staff. My mother had minor heart attack, we went to this hospital and they admitted my mother directly on ventilator and kept her on ventilator for almost 18 days,,,just making the bill. As we were not allowed to meet her, we were forced to just do blind faith on them. On 19 Th day on ventilator, their Heart specialist, one Sardar doctor directly said sorry to us for his failure part , with big amount of bill….. and I lost my mother I would like to say that Please don’t do blind faith on this Sardar doctor ( their Cardiologist and his team),,,they just try to make u a big fool DOCTOR NAME ….. I THINK IS DR. HARSIMRAN JEET. MY mother went walking in the hospital and came back dead 😢due to him only. 😢Bhagwan isse kabhi maaf nhi karenge😢

I got my surgery done today and got excellent treatment from all departments, hospital staff was also very cooperative. Staff and Nurses are also polite to the patients, I will recommend this hospital to everyone.

Not even a single star I would like to give. Very bad behaviour from the HR staff's side. Today my husband went for the interview, he had his interview in the first half whereas he was there at >>3:05 p.m. << He already had informed via mail to the hospital that he would come in the afternoon for the interview( regarding the same he got no revert back either ) WITHOUT any prior information, they closed the interviews at >>3. 00 p.m. << whereas the closing time given to him in the mail was 4:30 p.m. We tried to contact several times via call but nobody picked it up. We were just 5 mins. late and specially came from Chandigarh. They didn't even entertain us for a second. Highly disappointed ! Won't be recommending to anyone now.

Such a pathetic staff you have ....they are not ready to treat any patient peacefully. They are directly speak in front of patient that you donot have chances to live . Is that a doctor behaviour you are teaching to your nurses and all staff. What type of that behaviour it is. Not acceptable. If anything can happen wrong i will not let it down easily. I need that lady to be fired.

I was much impressed by Dr. Harsimranjit Singh for giving full attention to my all problems. I am thankful to the hospital management. There are some suggestions which will be given later on.

Very bad behaviour of staff. They do tests just for the sake of money. I went to take medicine for fever, cough, cold and they started doing my ECG, Sugar test etc etc. and when i questioned them they told this is their protocol to do all the test before diagnosis. I will never recommend this hospital.

Patient care and Hospitality of healing touch Hospital is excellent, Sunaina who cares the patient at 305 private room is par excellence. Health service provided under one roof is also an edge. All the best 👍

I have admitted for almost 1 week in the hospital for my dengue treatment. Doctors are experienced and well qualified. Staff is very supportive and polite. Overall it was a good experience

My name is Jasbir singh i was admitted in this hospital last three days due to injury. Today I am living this hospital during my admission dealing of doctors and all other staff was very good. Service of food and medicine was very good. All over was good. 👍

If you really care for your loved ones do not , again do not consider this hospital even as your last option. The staff is not trained , cleanliness is zero in patients room, dialysis room . Doctors actions are irresponsible. Hospitality is zero. They should think again what they are actually doing to the patients .

My mother had a Gall bladder stone surgery done under Dr. Sanjeev. The overall experience is amazing and perfect. The entire staff of nurses and support staff had asked us numerous time if we are having issues.
