I orderd today farmhouse regular size pizza with cheese bust and extra cheeze but there was no cheese bust and no extra cheese. It looks like simple pizza and regular size also too small. Mall road shimla dominose people are worst and unprofessional. They are big frauds.

Located on the mall road, Perfect location Have sitting on 1st floor. And if you don’t wish to sit there, there’s ample amount of space outside too on benches & under the tree sitting area. Service is decently nice 👌 Staff people are lovely 😊 They keep a number system which is great, easier for the person to know when their order is up. It definitely remains crowded during evening. They offer near by delivery, as a matter of fact I saw the delivery guy quite a few times while delivery pizza!

Domino's Pizza Mall Road Shimla Himachal : It serves a delicious pizza to satisfy the taste buds. It has a variety of options in pizzas, drinks, and desserts.The base was fresh, toppings were sufficient and cheese was melting out of the pizza. No sitting area available here. The worst experience I had with Domino's Pizza. They kept me waiting for my order (order no. 214).They were delivering order number 223. On questioning they told that my pizza fell accidently from an employee that's why they are preparing another one. They didn't even have the courtesy to update me.

Shimla dominos is pathetic from last 6 months, as a local from shimla if we order from 15 min far from the store they are taking more than 1 hour and after that they say ki koi bat nhn sor apne order cancel krna hai krdo .. a humble request to common people please choose some another shop or outlet otherwose wait for coldest pizza

After so much of time, we found this Domino's giving full slurpy cheese 🧀 burst crust. It is placed at a very prominent location on The Mall. Very crowded but very fantastic store. Efficient staff. If you find their seating area full, don't worry you ll feel amazing sitting outside, in the shades or even in the 🌞 . Good Pizza Guys.

Located in heart of MALL ROAD. Location is good with little space to dine. This outlet is getting worse day by day. Service is very poor. Always keep minimum 30min buffer if ordered for delivery. Limited area delivery that too takes almost an hour or more than that [every time].

Be aware that dominos in Shimla serves pre sent thick bread base which feels like cheese on pao bread. They don’t bake their own fresh bread. So if you are expecting the dominos we all know, the one in Shimla is not the same. Cheese burst lovers please do not order CHEESE BURST!

Preparation needs to improve alot, the pizza has no taste, tried and tested many times by me and my friends on regular intervals.

Probably the most congested Domino's I have ever been to. A small shop at the ground floor to order and a small sized dine in at the first floor. Should order first and then it will be served to the sitting area. It was really difficult to order because of the number of people trying to fit in the queue and order They take their sweet time to prepare and deliver - I believe the ingredients are of the same standard in all of their outlets. Surprised to see the thickness of the crust. It's almost double the size I usually eat!! Couldn't finish the garlic bread at all! - Even the pizza had a thick crust. I'm still confused about it

The pizzas aren't as good anymore. It's just the brand now, no taste or quality. I used to love the cheese burst pizza back in the day. I ordered one yesterday, it was a regular pizza, it didn't seem like cheese burst pizza at all. It has happened 2-3 times before also, I just ignored it, hoping maybe next time I would get a good cheese burst I used to love. But it's just disappointment each time. 😔😔😔 Really miss the days when the cheese burst was good.

Ordered a pizza at 7.52 last night had no idea of it's delivery until 10.30 in the night, plus when I got the pizza, the safety seal was broken, pizza was all cold and looked uncooked. Such a shameful service. Raised a compliant however no one has even contacted me yet.

Located at Mall road. Ordered through app so that we can avoid the queue. Dine-in was at the first floor. Staff behaviour is good. Washroom facilitiy is available.

We ordered 4 medium sized pizzas to be delivered at our hotel and the person was there with in few minutes... and to our surprise the taste of pizza is different from other places in Dominos. These were so good in taste and it was so nice. We eat veg loaded pizza and a simple corn pizza . Apart from these we also ordered pizza burger which was quite good actually. One other thing was veg pocket which was tasteless and tottle waste of money.

Mall road Shimla Domino's franchise available with 1st floor dining area and ground floor have billing counter and kitchen.. Domino's provide best pizza at valuable price with different base in shimla rather than other state of India. If you are visited in shimla must try the Domino's Pizza and they provide very good facilities... But dining area has less space to sitting according to visitors.

We had to wait for more than 1 hour in dine in just for 2 Pizza's and also they didn't gave us Napkins. It's better to get pizza from somewhere else or choose takeaway/delivery option.

We were told that the food will be delivered after 1hour due to huge amount of orders but even after getting the food late, the pizza and garlic bread were of very poor quality. This was not expected from Domino's atleast which has such a renowned name in the market. Waste of money.

The delivery was not on time. After 1 hour of placing the order we gave a call to the domino's and they didn't answer it and after 15 minutes we called again then they answered and told that the order is dispatched but it was not delivered even after 10 minutes and the delivery area was just 5 minutes away from the domino's center.

The best Domino's Pizza experience is here in Mall road Shimla. They have deep dish pizzas and they taste amazing. So glad I went there.

Worst delivery experience ever, the delivery guy was late and this isn't the first time this has happened, there have been times when I have waited for them to deliver the pizza over a hour. This time the topping was present only one side of the pizza. My order no. was 241 ordered on 25th November 2021.

I had worst domino’s pizza here. I went there before too but recently i went for dining and ordered cheese burst pizza. I was aware that the base was pre-prepared but gosh! there was neither cheese inside nor outside. Also the taste was not good.

The delivery is not on time and also they misguided about the delivery. The order was not ready but they told that the order has been dispatched that too after 1 hour when we called back twice. The first time they didn't even answer the call.

The service of this Domino’s is getting poor day by day. They have increased the rate of Mania Menu, many of low price Mania Pizzas are nor available. Annoying management system, that washroom was locked abd was not available even last time when I visited here in August 2022, not this time too.

I ordered a farm house pizza it was so pathetic. It was like vegetables on a piece of bun with no cheese in it. I would suggest everyone to avoid going to Domino's especially in Shimla.. it's money down the drain. These was literally NO CHEESE.

Delivery takes two hours. The excuse they give is on-foot delivery. My house is at 15 min walking distance. And they deliver it after two hours. At least if you are not able to deliver, inform your client so that they can make alternate arrangements. Two hour waiting time is pathetic. You need to buck up Domino’s. Such a laid back attitude is not at all acceptable.

This is the worst Domino's ever! The staff is horrendous. No matter when you order, they will call you and tell you pizza delivery time is not guaranteed because they will send pizzas only when they have 4-5 orders for your area. So mostly the pizza is cold. No consistency in taste and preparation. Again, even if you somehow able to get over the bad cold pizza, the staff is so pathetic right from the manager to the delivery guys. This outlet deserves to be shut down as it's a disgrace.

Domino's food is always good but what disappointed us here is they are charging items with food ordered without even mentioning to customers

30 mins. Pizza is never delivered. Sometimes a good one hour. Staff needs to be constantly told address of main street as if they have amnesia even on repeat orders. Order thin crust 750 rs. for a chapati with not enough cheese and toppings. Order deep crust and its like eating a Bhatura. Only order in case of emergency and home delivery. Not worth the money.

Very very bad for the delivery this I never expected from the Dominos.. me and my family was tired because of the shimla tour we reached at our hotel room in the evening around 17:35 pm we ordered pizza from the store which is only 10 minutes far away from our hotel Siddharth Regency,Ram Bazar but its 19:30 now till we didn't recieved our order....very very upset from the brand like Dominos

Very very bad service. If google had 0 star reviews then I will love to give it. First there is no proper place for dine in. You have to wait for hours for your turn to get a seat. Only 9 tables are there. Second they take 30 minutes for taking your order. Then they serve you after 2 hours. And at that time the pizza becomes cold like a cold drink. Dear #Dominos if you don't know how to do business at this place, kindly give me your franchise.

Worst service today i bought a combo and all the pizzas were cold order has been placed 9pm and the delivery was given 11pm Before i ordered a cheeseburst pizza they delivered non cheese. The staff is so poor they do not have a way to talk such creeps i would recommend no one to go there
