As always the quality is consistent with good taste in what they deliver. But the poor management failing it, if you place an order online, you have to wait for the guys to take that order and place it again to the people who are making it. Time consuming. If you do not want to pay cash then their card machine was not working and even the Google pay scan was not working. This is a highway eat out where people want to come fast, eat and leave, not to wait for a long time. PS - It was not crowded when we went there so management should have been better.

The order was taking too much time to deliver. We ordered Papari Chat and bhalla chat. All the ingredients were readymade. Still it took more than 25 minutes. When I went to take it at the counter and requested to prepare fast. The answer was rude- there are already many orders before your order. The staff was slow also. Anyway the taste of the food was good.

After long long wait finally there is a rest area cum food court with all major food joints outlet. Haldiram is prominent among these. It's housed in two floors, ground floor has sweet and snacks for quick bite however on 1st floor there is full fledged restaurant for complete meal platters with choice of Indian, Chinese & continental food items. Ambience is superb, services & facilities are excellent. You can scan QR code posted at table and order food online with table service n online payment too. Food from Haldiram is always good with authenticity. A must visit place while commuting on DME.
