I have been taken Speech and ABA session on the wings learnings center. I am so thankful to Kanchan Pal ma'am as with her patience. My son shows improvement in his behaviour issues and improve in his listening. He has started to understand our language. Shows his gesture and try to speak. She is very dedicated toward her work. We had a great experience at Wings learning centre. Earlier our kid was very shy and cried a lot when any therapist asked him to do anything. But Shweta ma’am found out ways to make learning a fun time for him through various activities like sitting on the floor, using water bowls, etc. During a course of few months, he started imitating all sounds and picked a lot of new words. The staff was always positive and assured us that things will for sure go right. Shweta ma’am connected with him in such a way that we felt blessed to have her. Tears turned into bubble games and she made the complete environmental comfortable for our baby. Thanks to the team of Wings and our special thanks to Shweta ma’am. Today our child is singing rhymes, talking all day, getting along with other kids, trying to guide us, and what not. Thank you!

Our child has issues in speech which was delayed, After working out with couple of teachers, currently Chanchal mam is taking care of our child, One of the best teacher I have come across, caring and taking work ethics are of most priority to her. Her ways of teaching are innovative and our child has benefitted a lot. We highly recommended for speech delays.

One of the best centre I have ever found for my son. My son was 3.2 years when I first took him, it has been now 6 months and my son has started his first words many thanks to Kanchan mam one of very good speech trainer who had worked really very hard on my son and still working to improve my son further.

I'm glad I found wings learning centre for the speech and communication issues with my child. Farha mam and the entire staff has been super helpful and extremely dedicated towards their task. I am truly amazed with the kind of improvement my child has shown. He was 4 when I approached farha mam and could barely speak a few words. He is 5 now and can frame sentences with clarity. The Wings Centre is highly recommended for kids with Autism and requiring speech therapy. My son has been taking therapy sessions in the Centre for over one year and has seen amazing improvement and progress. From speaking nothing a year back, he can speak sentences, recite poems and has even started communication. We are hopeful that under guidance of expert therapist Shweta Ma'am, he will make further progress.

We contacted Farha Ma'am at The Wings Learning Center  indirapuram after becoming concerned that our three year old daughter was not able to speak words (Speech Delay) We Only a week after the assessment, stated seeing some positive signs of improvement and our daughter  is already started speaking words and showing more willingness to try and communicate. Thanks to the whole team along with the speech therapist chanchal ma'am who have taken good care . We are very pleased we contacted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to other families seeking support with their children's communication needs.

My experience was not good... Actually on call I had told them need to take evening classes...they told me that they would provide...Once I reached they had taken 700/- charges as consultation and later they told that they don't have evening slot.... If they knew that they can't provide evening slot then what was the purpose to call and taken 700 Rs.... The purpose I think to collect the money as there is no fup till yet

My son has speech delay issue....so we started taking session in wings ....SHWETA maam(his therapist cum friend )is taking care of my son....I really appreciate her concern ,dedication, attention and her patience towards him.the way of handling such a naughty kids with love n care is really very nice. My son is taking sessions here from almost 6-7 months, first we started with speech therapy and then also started special education over there. They have multiple therapists with them and mostly experienced one. So we were allowed to try the therapist best suited for my son and we got Shweta Ma’am. She’s one of the best speech therapist over there. My son started showing difference in few weeks only and he’s very comfortable with her as she handles my son very well. Then further we started with special education and after few trials we got Kamran Sir. He literally did so well with my son that he started to enjoy writing, earlier he was having issues in even pen holding and gripping but now after 4 months he’s able to write English and Hindi both on his own. So I’m very thankful to both the therapist for there efforts, it’s highly appreciated and a big thanks to Farha Ma’am for providing us with her best therapists and also monitoring my child’s progress on a regular basis. Your centre is a blessing for parents like us.

I personally recommend The Wings Learning Center for all the parents of special kids. One & only hope for special children. Well trained therapist.. God gifted guidence you will experience. I came to this centre when I lost hope from all over but when I met therapist of The Wings Learning Center I gained my self esteem once again. I am writing this review after attending sessions for a month. I was very disappointed and depressed with previous consultation and looking for someone who can understan our pain. When i met Dr. Farah, she listened our problems and proposed solution for same. She has managed our pain and converted it into hope. My kid has taken 22 sessions with the Dr. Farah Team and they handle kids very well. Staff is very hard working and put 100% of efforts to child development. I am continuing session for next month also looking forward for my kid development. The journey is painful and sometimes you will get frustrated but no matter what happens pls do not loose your hope. Your Hope is the only way to your child development and Dr. Farah gives you that hope. I will write again once our goals met and I wish every parent would get such guidance. Ms. Farha Saif is one of the most hardworking, sincere and dedicated therapists. Her positive vibes fill me with positivity. What a blessing she is for my son who had been struggling with speech issues...her customised plans have really helped him to increase his awareness towards his surroundings, explode his vocabulary and proper sentence structuring. Eventually, he started asking appropriate questions on his own - that comes as a bonus :-) . Before reaching to Ms Farha, I had mixed experience with lots of other therapist both in Indian and in Dubai; and noone can even come closer to her level of knowledge, commitment, professionalism with personal touch that can make you realise that your child is now in safe hands. I would like to formally share a feedback about Wings Learning Center (Indirapuram, Gzb), Farha and her entire group of trainers. I remember the time when we first met with Farha for assesment of our Son who was 2.5 at that time and had delayer speech and language issues. We were literally perplexed and direction-less and had no Idea how to handle all this, how and where to start from ... The way how she conversed during that maiden conversation or meet, made us understand all those complex subjects related with Child psychology and development goals/milestones was appreciable. She immediately prepared a tailor made curriculum for our Son and timely assesses the progress to keep a close eye on him. And within few weeks we started seeing changes, though minor initially, but now when around ~ 6 months has been passed under her guidance and coaching, we can clearly see the improvement in his speech, sentence formation and repetitions. A big thanks to Farha, with special mention to her trainers Ria and Gayatri for their constant efforts and patience. Its all because of them, my Son is now able to repeat sentences and form simple strings and progressing well.

Chanchal is a well trained speech therapist as well as ABA therapist. Her methodologies are exceptional. My daughter showed tremendous improvement in her speech and all credit goes to speech therapist, chanchal for her dedication and patience. I highly recommend her and the institute.

My son had a speech misarticulation problem and Anjali ma’am at the wings centre handled it very well. She is hardworking and handles kids well. She is very well behaved, polite and patient with the kids. She constantly informed me about my kid’s progress and always answers my queries. She gave me some tips about how I can interact with my kid at home that will increase his progress. She really understands kid’s need and act accordingly. Also Farah ma’am at centre supervises the kid’s session from time to time and reviews kid’s performance and progress. My son’s 70% problem was solved within 4 months of joining. The staff and the centre on the whole is very well managed and really good.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to provide feedback on the services provided by your therapy center. Overall, I believe that all the therapists are competent and good at what they do. However, I am giving a 2-star rating because there are several areas of improvement that need immediate attention. Despite the center being operational for many years, it seems that basic amenities have been neglected, which is disappointing. Here are the areas of improvement that I would like to be address: Installation of an additional air conditioner: The current single AC unit is insufficient for the number of people present in the center (approximately 20-30 individuals). It leads to discomfort, especially during the summer months when the basement becomes suffocating. Exhaust system installation: Currently, there is only one exhaust system in place. It is crucial to install more exhausts to improve ventilation and air quality within the center. Enhanced cleaning: The cleanliness of the center is consistently subpar. Efforts should be made to improve the cleaning standards to maintain a hygienic environment. Doormat installation: Placing doormats at the entrance would help reduce the amount of dirt and debris brought inside, ensuring a cleaner environment. Accessibility to drinking glasses: It would be beneficial to have a designated area where drinking glasses are easily accessible to everyone. This would eliminate the need to repeatedly ask for basic items like water. Replacement of faulty monitor: Currently, the center is using two monitors, with one of them being black and white. It would be ideal to replace the faulty monitor with a new one to ensure a better visual experience for both therapists and clients. Improved cleanliness in washrooms and sitting areas: The washrooms and sitting areas should be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis to provide a more pleasant experience for everyone. Additional exhaust installation in washrooms: Installing another exhaust system in the washrooms would help eliminate odors and improve ventilation. These are some immediate improvements that I believe should be implemented. There may be other areas that require attention as well, but these are the basics that need urgent action. On a positive note, I would like to commend most of the therapists for their good work, particularly Farah mam, chanchal mam , shweta mam Additionally, the center offers effective learning programs for children with autism or speech delays, which is highly appreciated. I sincerely hope that the management takes these points into consideration and initiates the necessary actions to improve the infrastructure and facilities of the center. Progress in these areas would greatly enhance the overall experience for clients and ensure a better environment for therapy sessions. I have attached some sample photos for reference 😉 I am asking these but no progress are happening so writing so that it can be addressed. Thank you for attention in this matter.
