Not gd at all.. 1st they give me worst room 1st of all there was no telephone where I can order something.. 2nd changing point was not working.. rooms r not cleaned..then I complaint. After that they shifted me in another room..that was quite better..here I feel if something got damage they don't repair it or you can say they don't care about it..n ac is not working properly..so don't want to go one more time.. n one thing I don't want to share some bad pics of this hotel.. which was still in my phone..

Best experience i ever had with Hotel Alps. Staff were good and rooms were neat and clean. Highly recommend to anyone.

Not a good place for family,very poor room service and no dinner facility,room conditions are really bad,power plugs are broken,no locks in toilets

Hotel location is good and have good parking space around the place . Rooms are decent at the price it's being offered .. Even after making booking for 3 adults extra bed they mentioned is chargeable also basic necessities like water and morning tea chargeable ..
