Owned and operated by effortless events, total opposite of what is shown and provided. Dirty , no water, no power backup. Unprofessional and third-rate staff. Kindly avoid this place, do not book this place.

Property is fine , but it was my worst experience in terms of food and hospitality. I arranged a party for 30 people, but All my guests went back home starving because the snacks were worst

No power backup. Came back late night to find no lights. Not even an emergency light or a candle There are cams installed in the common areas and the owner Aman would call his caretakers to advice the guests on not playing the music or not dance late night etc. Concern being, it felt like being stalked. For the few days we stayed, we had daily issues with no water in the toilets, no hot water in the taps. Slope in baths is bad and after every bath, water would accumulate on the floors. Overall we had a great time as our folks are easy going and fun loving but the place can do better

This villa lacks essential amenities like water and power backup, making it unsuitable for hosting functions. To worsen matters, the unprofessional and lazy staff fail to address these issues promptly. My advice: Avoid this place entirely for a hassle-free experience elsewhere.

The worst thing i did was to book this farm for pre wedding functions. 1. Staff is non cooperative, they just don’t care to even tell you how things work. 2. Geysers weren’t working 3. None of the rooms could be locked. 4. Sofa and beddings had hole and they said it is because people do sheesha there. 5. Area behind the garden was extremely dirty and full of trash 6. No water at the property 7. The area around the property is veryy dirty. 8. No maintenance at all

Badly maintained villa. No power backup. No safety, unprofessional staff. Very bad. Your holiday will turn into disastrous if you book this place.

Booking this place has been the worst experience ever. It is not what is shown in the pictures. 1.The place is located in the very interiors of the village which is not safe at day or night. 2. The place is old, has dirty rooms and furniture. The washrooms are not clean and the furniture is broken. 3. They do not provide the proper bedding. 4. They do not provide even the water in the kitchen. 5. House has rats and cockroaches. 6. The care takers were very rude and started shouting us for the littlest of things. 6. To top it all, they would ask you for a security deposit and the next morning when you want to check out they would find something that was already broken and would fight with you for that and will not let you leave. You would see a good rating for them on airbnb or any such app, that is because the owner doesn’t take bookings through these apps anymore and if you would try to book it he would offer to book it directly. Please don’t get fooled by their pictures or instagram posts.
