One of the best places for laser hair treatment. The staff is excellent especially Sunaina with whom I usually have my laser sessions with. She is great at her work and very friendly with her clients. The sales manager Kanwaljeet is also very polite and always helps me in case of last minute scheduling of appointments. I have purchased package from them. At the time of selling it, the lady said that she will provide 6 sessions of face and arms. I did not check what she typed on her system and billed. Now she has left the company and they are saying it is only 6 faced mentioned. How is the customer at fault? I have paid the amount in full and should receive the services as well. They lack commitment and communication amongst them and the customer has to suffer. Also, I have experienced 0% reduction. Don’t fall in this trap. Update- What is the DM? I hv worst experience . Never booked ur appointment before getting everything in written. I paid them 5000 without getting my services due to their fault . Coz they dont hv products which they ask me to do in my facial . They take one and half month to arrange that product which they r going to use. And at the end whn I am asking for refund they literally refused .
