Overall experience was best although some complaints for the room on arrival but they responded it positively and rectified it which was good. They tried to offer their best food. Must recommend if it is offered in budget price.

I loved the ambience. Nicely relaxed set up. Best hotels in terms of rooms, service, staff and overall ambience. Staff is also well behaved. Food segment is mind-blowing and you can ask chef to order your desired food even if it's buffet. Everything is fine thanks for wonderful hosting

The location is worst. Bad rooms. I don’t know how this is 3 star. The owner didnt even refund. Never book this place. Also the hotel rooms shown in images are a scam. Such a bad experience. I think the reviews given by others are also not genuine.

Best Hotel Experience. Breakfast was very tasty. Rooms comfy and service was really good. Staff are very warm, courteous and show very good initiative towards guest. Less than 5 minute from the entrance of the hotel to the Golden temple. Lovely experience. It is a very good hotel😍

I feel a reasonable rating would be 4.5 stars. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the owner-manager very responsive even before I booked, the rooms new and clean, the breakfast/food quite tasty. The location is excellent in terms of every important monument/point being within 2-3 kms. Ensuring that the bathroom floors are dry after a bath during winters was a minor challenge, which we managed thanks to the bathroom mats. That can be a small area of improvrment.

Pathetic and horrible experience. The room provided is very congested . Even there is no space to set extra mattress. We three shared the double bed very uncomfortably. The food quality is not at all good. The dinning room is horrible. This is the worst hotel throughout my whole journey. Everyone should think twice before opting this hotel.

Best budget friendly hotel in Amritsar. We were helped by Staff. staff throughout our stay They've took care of all our requests and were available 24*7 . Rooms were clean too. The complimentary breakfast buffet was yummy too.

Amazing place to stay in Hotel Avista Lifestyle. The room was pretty well managed. The amenities were the best in class adequate. The property maintenance and service was surely superb and would make you feel great.

Misleading pictures of rooms. Deceiving photos. Unclean, nasty and smelly rooms. Very bad experience. Sorry to say this but they entertain only Punjabi, NRI or Foreigners. They offer me worst rooms on high price and when I request to change the room, they were making excuses and after one hour they offer me another smelly room. Don't go there. This area is not good for stay. Seems like railway station. I repeat hotel pictures are misleading.

Pathetic service. Worst and rude staff. They will take the payment of breakfast and meal at the time of booking but if you ask them for breakfast before 8am in case you have to leave early, they will not do that. Also, you can't expect morning tea from them. On top of that if you say something, they'll start shouting and arguing.

Rooms were so small. Even it was hard to open our luggage bags in the room. Their was no ventilation in room. It was so suffocating. Food was okay okay.. Their was no place to park the cars and travel van. Dinning hall is ridiculous. It was unclean and was filled with bad odour. Though we already booked a tripple sharing room they charged us extra money.

Worst hotel... Looks luxurious but very dirty.... The staff is very rude and food is pathetic. Please dont eat here if you don't want to Upset ur stomach Also there is no parking space. Shocked to see such rude people at holy place like Amritsar

The stay with my family forca week was a very fine experience. The staff are very courteous and efficient. The ambience of the restaurant and the food are excellent. The house keeping staff are very prompt and quickly respond. I recommend this hotel without any reservations whatsoever.
