Very good hotel to stay with family and friends. As name suggest its really a Cozy and Luxury stay. No doubt, one can book it blindly. Owner Mr. Bhupinderjeet Singh is a very kind and nice person, very helpful staff and will let u feel homely.

I just want to say that bhupinder ji is very honest person and his customer interaction is very good I not went to amritsar due to farmer protest but mr bhupinder understand the issue and guided for cancellation and refund of amount. Although we not meet physically but having faith from all over 470 km distance place over phone is really appreciable I definitely recommend everyone to go kozy hotel and contact bhupinder ji in amritsar.... Will come surely amritsar bhupinder ji and give chance to u for hospitality.... ☺☺

Very Nice and humble staff, rooms were clean. All the requests for food were processed within 20 mins and the stay was pleasant. Owner was very helpful, he interacts with a smile and helped to explain the routes to cover the places to visit in Amritsar. Overall very good experience 👍

Excellent service for family stays. maintained very neat and clean. Courtesy and behaviour extended towards making our stay comfortable was a great experience over all.

We stayed here for 3 days and it was painful. The room is small but it’s okay since there’s a huge window. The worst part is there are hairs on the bedsheet and pillowcases. The headboard is also dirty. The worst part is the toilet. The floor has a lot of dirt which we don’t know where it came from. There are also hair and dirt stuck on the drain. We were the one who clean the floor while we shower since they said ‘it’s clean’ already. The floor near the bed also has a lot of dirty. Not staying here again. If you are also particular about cleanliness then we don’t recommend it.

I must say it's name explains it all. Kozzy B&B owner and staff are very good in attitude and they are well mannered. They will make all possible efforts to make your stay comfort and rememberable. I stayed there for 3 days with my whole family and we faced no problem. Staff was soo co-operative, rooms and washrooms in them are clean as they are in pictures. At the end I give this property 10/10 for their affordable price, staff attitude and cleanliness.

It is a very good hotel, near Golden Temple, for staying with family in a very moderate rate. Its owner Bhupinderjit is a real gentleman. Its staffs are well mannered. Foods are delicious. It's well-maintained. I am satisfied.

I'm from Bangalore and visited this place. The service is excellent, the staff is well mannered and polite. I had a great stay and the food is also good. Overall i would suggest people to visit here to have a pleasant experience. And best is i got parking for my bike which is safe.

I visited yesterday room was good One thing i felt weird like when i given my ID You did photo copies then why receptionist said me to write down every thing on register , I couldnt understand this but Its okay I m not complaining but its kind of suggestion over all nice experience I would like to visit again
