I
had
done
root
canal
surgery
from
them.
Firstly
it
was
not
even
done
by
the
dentist
but
their
interns.
Secondly
after
it
was
filled
i
had
severe
pain
and
they
asked
me
to
wait
till
the
pain
resides
to
put
the
cap
on.
I
had
severe
pain
and
I
took
the
medicine
for
two
weeks
and
I
never
went
back
for
putting
the
cap.
Normally
it
shouldn’t
cause
so
much
pain.
Now
after
I
consulted
another
dentist,
when
they
took
an
Xray
they
literally
found
a
broken
filing
inside
it
which
caused
serious
infection.
And
now
I
have
to
take
out
that
entire
tooth
out.
This
is
very
unprofessional.
Atleast
they
could
have
informed
me
such
a
mistake
happened,
when
they
took
the
xray
for
checking
the
cause
of
my
toothache.
Would
never
recommend
this
dental
clinic
to
anyone
as
they
have
their
INTERNS
doing
their
job
and
the
job
they
do
is
pretty
pretty
terrible.

(21/04/23)
:
Firstly,
I
agree
my
root
canal
was
done
in
the
year
2006
but
they
have
omitted
the
fact
that
i
revisited
the
clinic
in
2022
with
regard
to
restoration
of
the
crown/broken
cap.(Sadly
you
don’t
mention
the
record
of
this).My
tooth
was
re
examined
and
my
old
filling
was
removed
and
re
done
,
but
cap
was
not
attached
in
that
session
because
I
had
pain.
(not
sure
of
the
medical
terms)
Secondly,
CBCT
performed
was
insisted
on
by
the
clinic
(as
they
should).
Since
they
mention
that
the
scan
was
done
free
of
cost,
it
should
also
be
put
forth
that
I
had
paid
5k
in
advance
last
year
for
the
procedures
which
I
never
continued.
Thirdly,
they
talk
about
25
years
of
experience
which
I
agree
on
and
is
one
of
the
reasons
we
visit
they’re
clinic
i.e
Dr.Jayakumar
and
Dr.
Aneesha,
but
can
the
same
be
told
about
their
so-called
highly
skilled
and
qualified
doctors
who
did
the
procedure
on
my
tooth
last
year.
Moreover,
I
had
clearly
mentioned
during
my
last
visit
that
since
I
was
out
of
town,
I
visited
another
dentist
because
I
needed
immediate
relief
for
the
pain.
It
is
very
unfortunate
of
you
to
put
the
blame
on
clinics
near
you
without
any
solid
proof
for
the
same.
Lastly,
I
am
giving
such
detailed
review
since
my
allegations
are
being
termed
false.
Lets
not
make
this
a
war
of
words.
I,
like
any
other
person
believe
I
have
the
right
to
review
the
services
that
I
receive
and
suggest
you
to
take
it
just
like
that.😊
