My wife had a very bad experience with a few salons in Dubai where she went for hair colouring. They ruined her hair. We went to Kochi for a few days on vacation and got a complete package including haircut and hair colouring. I did Rica waxing and I'm highly disappointed with the service I got as my skin peeled off. It was burning too much for about two days with redness on skin. I informed the lady who did the waxing and she said there is nothing wrong and it is because my skin is sensitive that it is burning. The skin later turned to black colour due to skin peeling. Its been almost a week now and skin is still black and peeling off in white patches. I had to post this review because I don't think this is a rectifiable mistake as the damage is done. Threading was okay although I had to keep showing extra hairs to be removed, multiple times. Also, the hairs removed were lying all over my face. This was my second time at this salon for threading. First time was good. Waxing was the first time and a horrible experience.

My first observation is that there is unprofessionalism throughout the Shop , even though they claim to have an academy .The hair stylist are completely unprofessional, including talking about previous clients' behavior and bad experiences Infront of other customers , and promoting themself as an excellent massage therapist and that everyone likes my massage, so you need to visit me and try it out. These behaviors are annoying. It would have been great if someone knew what is happening inside the store and corrected it. The most important thing is that the therapist at least listened to what the customer had to say, and according to their needs, they had to cutting hair and start work , not taking the therapist's decisions as to what should be done, Moreover, it is very important that instructions be given regarding what to do after therapy, aftercare like do's and don'ts , No instruction has been given by hair stylist . and with previous experience, this place was not recommended and not worth for money at all .
