It is one of the oldest apartments made by the Government and sold to public. It's architecture is unique, very spacious and have lot of free spaces. In the summer heat this is a boon but during the monsoon it is a headache to keep the verandah dry. There are now two wings to this apartment, a newly built one and old one. Old one has only five floors, the other has 12 stories. The view from these building are exquisite, especially the sun sets.
