I had made appointment and went there ...So that no waiting time was there ...All went so smooth ...Had a haircut and a head massage there ...Haircut was so good and stylist was very understanding guy (forgot his name btw) and massage was good too ...but not that good so reducing a star. Parking was full but you can park in road side. Overall very satisfying experience

I didn’t like the haircut as well as the type of service they provided. Haircut i got is totally different from the picture that i have shown as reference. And for the service they provide i think Toni & guy not worth the price of 2000+ Choose creative director as stylist, i think he can do better.

Absolutely LOVE the place! Husband and two kids got hair cuts. Which includes hair wash as well. All three of them look super smart!

I came in for a simple TRIM and style for a wedding in early Dec and the stylist gave me the worst haircut of my life. I stressed on several occasions I was trying to grow my hair out and all I wanted to do was trim the bottom… I never gave permission to get layers yet he proceeded to give me the shortest layers of my life and practically BANGS over the top half of my head. I have naturally curly hair, you NEVER cut short layers for curly hair, I look like a clown!! I am absolutely mortified. Stylist clearly had no idea how to handle my hair or listen to instructions. I have to live with this monstrosity for months to YEARS now waiting for it to grow out. Cannot over stress my disappointment in Tony & Guy.

I booked few services for me and my wife over a phone and I was able to get the same day availability. We reached there and were shown our way to the chairs. The stylists/ creative director and the staff were very friendly and made us comfortable. Thoroughly liked the experience and will highly recommend.

I had the best salon experience at Toni and Guy Lulu Mall. Their keratin session was truly value for money and the best I've had in Kochi. I highly recommend giving it a try. The salon is clean, convenient, and their hospitality is top-notch. The supportive staff adds to the excellent experience.

Arrogant rude staff, especially their Manager Sarah. Toni and Guy is a brand, services provided need to be the same at any of the centre. When staff decides what should be done for the customer, the whole customer service experience goes for a toss. Maybe it's time to change the staff and hire professional ones immediately.
