My stay at the hotel, despite its distance from Cochin airport, was absolutely fantastic. The facilities provided were top-notch, and the rooms were impressively clean, spacious, and free from any unpleasant odors. Each room boasted a bathtub with continuous hot and cold water supply, ensuring a relaxing experience. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom, equipped with all amenities from toiletries to an iron, weigh machine, safety locker, bathrobe, fridge, and hot water dispenser, was nothing short of awesome. The view from the rooms was splendid, with some offering a scenic highway view, while others overlooked the serene backwaters. The food was delightful, offering a wide variety to cater to different tastes. The hotel provided additional recreational options with a pool and gym facilities. With in-house restaurants and a collective shop, the convenience was noteworthy. The service was exceptional, adding to the overall luxurious experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to others seeking a truly luxurious experience. Reaching to airport on weekdays might take time so plan in advance and leave early.

It was a terrible experience staying at Crown Plaza, Kochi. The food was awful. The service quality was pathetic and disgusting. I would say this hotel is not at all worth the money we are paying. It is surprising to me, that the staff were not aware about the hotel's policies. The hotel had under delivered on customer service as against all the tall promises made only to point the organisation lacks a sense of commitment. I was communicated and made to understand that the food ordered from outside shall be delivered to my room by the receptionist from the hotel lobby. Believing that the food will be delivered to my room I ordered food from outside. But to my utter dismay, when the food arrived, the staff neither bothered to pick up food and deliver nor had courtesy to inform the food arrived but need to be collected by guests directly. I would advice you to kindly educate your staffs with the rules and regulations of your hotel and how to conduct themselves accountability . After a long wait in dire hunger, I myself had to coordinate and run down to pick up the food . I am constrained to point out that your staff don't have a modicum of remorse and orchestrate unprofessional behaviour . Overall it was a pathetic and disappointing experience staying with your property. Further to my bad feedback I would not recommend this property to any one. Even hotel properties below 2 star would provide their customers a better service. To sum up your quality and service levels of staff is disappointing, property over all is the worst property I have ever stayed .

We had the pleasure to dine in on a public holiday. We opted for a lunch buffet at mosaic. The menu was truly impressive and grand. The salads and main menu were delicious and the desserts are just exceptional. There is also a splendid outdoor pool with a great view. I must say this place is great for hosting events. I had my wedding reception here recently. And, I am so grateful for the hospitality of all the staff. From the first meeting with the manager to the end of the event, the level of support and direction from the staff was incredible. The food for the event was great, everyone loved it. Thanks to the head chef for helping me out in creating a lovely menu for the reception function. I stayed here for a night and the experience was also great. The room was well cleaned and maintained and has with great views. The breakfast was delightful with a wide range of options. I loved it! It was definitely worth staying here, and I look forward to staying here again. I highly recommend this hotel for events and stay.

Fabulous stay and definitely a 5* experience. Large beautiful room with a huge window overseeing the backwater lake. Hotel was immaculately clean and all the staff members we met were friendly and going extra mile to make our stay memorable. Excellent breakfast with great choices and exceptional service, the managers went above and beyond to look after us, especially Krishnan noticed us struggling with our child so brought a buggy to ensure we could enjoy our meal. A baby cot was provided at the sky grill bar as well. We are extremely happy with our visit and will definitely stay again! Thank you

Excellent property with very good quality rooms. The only issue is with the restaurant for breakfast which is very odd. Sitting is scattered and food is laid out at multiple locations. Hot food is served out in open with temporary shade and is dimly lit. Rooms are good but the quality of content on TV is not good. The cable service has an issue with the sound quality. I had seen another review about TV sound earlier but hotel management has not done anything about it yet.

I just love the place. The Indian and continental food and deserts there is just mouth watering. Room service, cleanliness, hospitality, social distensing, sanitation all well taken care of. The view there is beautiful. It's a luxurious 5 ⭐ experience overall.

It’s a quarantine center now. The hotel is packed with foreigners and people from other states. The corridor was smelling cig smoke even though I have asked for a non smoking room. I won’t recommend it for a peaceful stay since it’s crowded with people who are on quarantine. The buffet was another bad experience, the food is below average to the hotel standards.

Easy check in, reception took us to our rooms on 9th floor, amazing views! Dinner in the Sky Bar was superb, great service and a good selection of food. Spacious rooms, excellent facilities. Had a delicious coffee and cake in the coffee shop and an excellent Bali massage in the spa. Best massage I've had in a long time!

Let me start by saying that the service has been excellent right from check in. Despite it being busy at the reception area today evening the front desk did a fantastic job in checking us in. Mr Anghad was extremely helpful and assured me on the special request we had to maintain our room for the next 2 nights. His behavior and attitude to help is exceptional. He did call me back as promised. Our first dinner at the outlet was great with a wide choice. All staff extremely friendly and looked after my family and their individual request. Kudos to the entire team. Looking forward to the next 2 nights at the property.

Great stay at the crowne plaza in Kochi. Staff were very helpful and attentive, the breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the overall cleanliness was very good. Room service was also very reasonably priced. Good gym facilities. There was a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hallways and elevators which was unpleasant however.

A very good comfortable stay. Amazing facilities, tasty food and good hospitality. The rooms are also spacious and the backwater view rooms are really beautiful especially in raining time. Well maintained hotel ,good underground parking, food was average. Pools were closed as per hotel staff due to covid and we were not allowed but foreigners were allowed in the pool which did not seem fair.

I am a man who does not eat much of seafood. Infact almost non at all. But I was willing to eat some there and it was worth it. It is a luxurious hotel with incredibly rich flavoured food. I for one would definitely recommend it.

It was a good experience ad a comfort stay. We were amazed to see such an excellent housekeeping. They made sure and ensured that all of our needs were met on time and attended professionally.the Executive Housekeeper making sure to attend us when we requested for some extra amenities and toiletries for some of our particular need. The staff extended their courteous gesture and visited us and we liked to see such a courteous staff. We as a family liked the way they helped us and will certainly recommend this hotel to our other friends and relatives.

There are lots of things to do around the hotel and it’s surrounding lawns and swimming pool. Our room faced the lagoon and the view was awesome. The food was excellent - we enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the hotel as well as the food at Restaurant Chef Kalesh, located within the hotel premises. Highly recommend this hotel!

Don't stay here!! They are thieves. I have stayed here and in an emergency situation, I have requested taxi service from this hotel, and they stole my money by 2575 for Toyota Ethos the cheapest sedan taxi for dropping me off at the airport from the Crown Plaza hotel. When the standard rate is 800 for the same trip. Please stay away from this hotel service and don't book this hotel because everything is more expensive here compared to other five star hotels. I never ever stay here.

The hotel is good, the ambience is good...but the food was shockingly BAD! The fish and chicken tasted like they had been in deep freeze ever since the pandemic started. I've never had such tasteless food. The mutton biriyani had no salt in it! Surely Crowne Plaza can do better than this.

We were a little skeptical about staying here but had a very pleasant surprise. The rooms are huge and well maintained, the pools are fabulous. Good gym. Food was amazing - do try the beef burger (one of best I've had). We visited over New Year when the hotel was fully booked and there were clearly some over capacity issues (for example room service took extra long on New Year's Eve). However what made up for any such gliches was really lovely warm and friendly service. I want to especially call out one member of front of house staff - Samuel - who literally went out of his way to be helpful, kind and super friendly. Quite above expectations...we looked forward to seeing his smiling face!! Overall the staff were really charming given what was obviously one of their more hectic periods. Thank you!!
