Very happy with my stay at Ibis Kochi city center, delighted with the level of engagement. I shared a survey on checking in when I found the linen to be discolored and immediately housekeeping reported to change the sheets. Breakfast buffet - a nice selection, snacks served hot and by polite and well groomed staff. Overall an excellent stay

Great location for metro and for taxis / uber to reach you, the location is also known as MG road. The room is more on the spacious end compared to other ibis properties, early check in, airport pick up and late check-out is available - you can email them to enquire and late check out is confirmed at the reception. They have a promo of having 2 services (laundry/late check-out/mocktail/breakfast/dinner buffet) for INR 999 when I visited them. They can also keep your luggage like other ibis properties, 24 check in is available when I was there. Room service for cleaning your room was efficient and non-imposing. The downside is the hotel room is a little bit old so the ventilation can be an issue after a while, no views, the reception has to manually extend your card for your late check-out even if you paid or informed in advance, otherwise you will be locked out/in

Great Hospitality, food with Multiple Cuisines for Breakfast, Dinner. Very good and prompt Room service. Location is very premium close to MG Road Metro station and both Railway Stations. Housekeeping was done as per my convenience especially during Work From Home days. Front office team is also very supportive with flexible Check In and Check Out timings.

Stay has been very good so far. The staff is very helpful, cheerful and professional. You always find smiling faces ready to help. Food variety, taste and quality is great. Even the chefs esp. Exec Chef Subin is very helpful, he went above and beyond to help me.

I would have given 5 stars if their rest rooms are little spacious. Otherwise no complaints during the stay. Breakfast here is the best, One of the Best ever breakfast I had in the recent past. Guest Service Manager Mr. VISAK is so kind and very helpful.

I had the best experience here , it was a rushed trip for me , but I was grateful to have the coziest room and hot shower ! The room was always kept clean. The breakfast was wholesome, you can easily access the metro and railway station and also the local mall, I loved my stay here.

I recently had a beautiful stay at the Ibis Hotel, Kochi. The hotel's ambiance and service were excellent, creating a memorable experience. The compact yet comfortable room was tastefully decorated and well-maintained. The staff members were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. However, the breakfast buffet could be improved with a wider variety of options and local specialties. Nonetheless, the hotel's convenient location and helpful front desk staff made it easy to explore the city. Overall, I would recommend the Ibis Hotel Kochi for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

The hotel is excellent in all respects. The location is very near a metro station and near the marine drive. The service is prompt, smiling, and courteous. The rooms are clean and big enough. The buffet breakfast has great variety and great taste. I would recommend this hotel highly and would love to stay here again.

Small and compact rooms. Washroom looks like a flight washroom. Not for families, ideal for business trips. Appreciate their efforts to provide breakfast early in the morning at 4:30 am for us. Hotel room doors have no bell and the door alarm was annoying. Restaurant food was too costly and was not tasty. Location is an advantage. Staff are polite and nice. Need to work on the cleanliness of their rooms and washrooms.

Absolute waste of money,. Your expectations will be high when you see the outer and interior part of the hotel you will be awed with it's beauty but when you settle down down for a night stay the room air-conditioning does not function properly, no fan a/c circulation doesn't work properly. Breakfast is horrible, no choice. Long delay during Check in and check out. Will not recommend this property unless there's sa improvement in future.

My family and I, including four kids, stayed on a Saturday and we were pleasantly surprised with our inter-connected room. The room was spacious and well-equipped and the ambiance was simply amazing. The breakfast at IBIS Cochin is something that I will always remember. It was truly delicious and outstanding, with an extensive variety of options to choose from. The quality of the food was excellent and it was clear that a lot of care had been taken in its preparation. The service at breakfast was also impeccable, making us feel like royalty. In conclusion, I would highly recommend IBIS Cochin to anyone visiting the area. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, from the comfort of our room to the delicious breakfast and excellent service. Location is amazing, Metro and Central Square Mall is at walkable distance, good parking facility, Rooms are neat and well maintained. Staff are courteous, however there are flaws in communication within their team. While I was away, someone else Laundry dress was kept inside my room, I informed the front desk but no one attended, I personally went to the reception and then they send their team to collect the dress. Next day morning, the laundry person again brings the same dress to my room, this was ridiculous! Furthermore, while checking out, despite informing the reception, there was no help provided to take our luggage, we had to struggle to get all our bags down. Hope the management look into this and do the needful.

We had a very nice stay there. The rooms were comfortable and cleaning was impeccable. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner buffet. I want to thank all the young staffs who went out of their way to make us feel at home. A special shoutout to Antar for their excellent hospitality. I would come back here again, so strongly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Cochin.

They were provided with Good amenities. I felt little space constraints in bathroom. No more stand to place soap or any shampoo. 1. We were provided with Guest room even though we had booked for a standard quiet room. This room was interconnected with next room. Even though it was allocated for us, you will not feel as comfortable. There was noises coming from connected room. Not quiet. 2. Not much charging ports. You can connect only one device whenever you are in bed. If you are staying with two people, it s not advisable to book in standard room. Overall Stay was okay.

Stay was excellent was with my family, service was very good, room service, was friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy, had good feeling after entering the room, especially during this pandemic time. Guy in housekeeping (Rahul) was very courteous in giving us extra pillows & bed sheets, as my child had made it dirty, even had requested to clean bathroom he cleaned quickly. Location is great, excellent view from room, beautiful view of metro, rates are reasonable although rooms are standard size, but rooms were well set, cleaned and bedding was also neatly done and got cleaned bed sheet, i check with priority due to corona also the bathroom was cleaned neatly. I asked for bathroom amenities (shaving kit, brush etc) which was not placed, Mr. Veera housekeeping was very kind enough to give me. Service from housekeeping was excellent, whenever asked to clean room or amenities their service was quick. I stayed for 3 days room service was also good, breakfast was good. Very good place for shopping. I liked the friendly nature of staff's. Thank you

Stayed at Ibis kochi for 5 nights. Extremely satisfied. Can't get a better location, that too with ample parking facility. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed with all necessary amenities. Breakfast buffet had decent spread and tasted pretty good too. All staffs were polite and helpful. Only area of improvement is in room dining menu. Could add some snacks/sandwiches to the menu. Other than that no complaints at all. Would definitely consider next time. Overall Ibis kochi has lived up to the expectation that one has with brand Ibis. Keep up the good work.

Good rooms. Was there just for a short night transit. Very near to MG road metro. And also the central location of the hotel to CBD is also good. Breakfast spread is just adequate, but enough to keep your morning hunger calls at bay. Standard business styled rooms and bath. Clean and hygienic. Overall good.

In the middle of the city, between the chaos of the busy traffic, lies this elegant business hotel. This building is made with modern architecture and amenities. Rooms are well equipped with a mini fridge, safe, kettle and cups and glasses. It is totally worth every penny paid. In room restaurant is open and the food is amazing. Authentic and local. Bathrooms are not too small, comfortable and includes hair dryer. Minimal toiletries and towels. Staff is overtly helpful and pleasant. Overall a great stay!

The location was quite convenient for me. The room layout is good though the bathroom is compact the room is neat and clean. The room service is very quick and good Mr. Akhil makes us more comfortable through their work.. Overall its a very convenient and healthy stay.

Located in the centre of the city with good connectivity. The rooms and bathrooms are smaller compared to hotels in the same price range. The staff was friendly. It is good for professionals but small for a family on vacation. The food at the restaurant was good. Mr Arun was very helpful

Stay was good. Rooms are pretty small. Food needs lot of improvement. The sandwich I had was the driest one in my life. Being pet friendly is great; but there is no ear marked space for walking the pets or a designated poop yard. Staff is friendly and supportive. Good enough parking and good location.
