Very nice experience. Calm and maintained well. Would like to go back again when I visit Cochin. Food should be arranged for dinner which will help the guests not to depend on outside food.

Location is great very near to city center and marine drive. Room was clean and comfortable. I booked breakfast as well which was quite good. I face problem for parking as no parking available in hotel. Hotel suggested parking which is near to hotel but there is also no parking available which is pretty much struggling you have to find parking somewhere and then walk to the hotel which I didn't like.

Very worst experience with Receptionist Asif. Very very bad behaviour from his end. Informed to GM, still he is behaving same way. Very worst service. Never ever use the property again in my life. Hospitality is very worst. Don't know how treat a customer. Very worst

Exceptional ❤️. 5 star for maintenance. Staffs were awesome. Simple interior but rich in style. Booked 3 rooms, 4.7k excluding breakfast. Parking is limited (if you are hardcore you can park in the basement). Near to bus stand, city centre mall, marine drive, railway. Heater, AC, cozy rooms all good🤗 Cons: no view, in a chaotic traffic location

Rooms are Small, but clean and tidy. Very less parking and its a busy small road. Near to Bus station. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is good.

Stayed here for 1 night. Rooms are small and rest room is too tiny. A/c are only half ton powered so cooling is limited. Mosquito are there. Pros - Newly built building.

Hotel is in good locality and walking distance from MG Road Metro station. Room is very neat and clean but of small size. It is okay for 2 people. Staff is very courteous. They have buffet breakfast in the morning.

Simple, cozy and affordable rooms. TV is listed as an amenity, but it is neither a smart tv nor does it provide much of cable. Its basically useless. They gave only soap, didn't give brush or toothpaste. Didn't replenish tea bags during room service. Room was cleaned good. Just a good place for sleeping through the night.

It's a decent place to stay, rooms are not too big, it's very clean and staffs are really courteous and they will call before we checkin to the hotel. Breakfast is decent

Worst room I have ever stayed in. 1. Cockroaches everywhere. Even on the bed. 2. Unclean and torn sheets with stains on it. 3. Stinky smell when you enter the room. 4. Room service was so bad that they didn't take action to any calls.

Value for money option. Clean and very comfortable rooms.

Clean and neat small rooms. Good maintenance. Bathroom was clean. Good value for the money paid. Revisited the place again on 24-october-2023. Maintenance part need to be taken care on emergency basis or else it will become a hotel not worth the price paid for. Previously I rated it 5 star.Now changing it to 4.

Great hotel in this price-range. Nice, clean, well maintained rooms with fan, AC and ample hot water in the shower. Location is also good with plenty of nice restaurant options within walking distance. Staff have been super helpful in special requests and spontaneously offering me help.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in kochi. This was one of the good hotel in the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. Will have to specify again the timely response of the staff both front office and others and cleanliness too Definitely I will recommend this to my colleagues

They cheated and didn't tell the truth about the warm water! They even didn't accept their responsibility to compensate. NEVER TRUST THEM - NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL As per our experience in the last 20 days in India, we didn't book the hotel in advance as we knew the photos are not realistic. Therefore, we have arrived at this hotel first to find out two things: 1- How realistic are the photos 2- Do they really provide warm water in shower? When we arrived and after our first look at the room, my wife started to check the warm water in shower, but the hotel guy was constantly telling that it will be warm in 5 to 10 mins, I promiss and ... We trusted him as it was not fair to waste 10 mins of clean water just to check it, but it was our fault to trust them. Tomorrow morning, when I wanted to take a shower, warm water was only available for a couple of minutes and it was not warm enough. Suddenly the water temperature dropped and no further warm water was available. I waited for about 10 mins and contacted the reception. They told wait some minutes and we will check. Again after 10 mins I called and they told we come and check in the bathroom, but I was already in the bathroom and part of my body was still not washed. They came two times and just did nothing. The only thing they did was promissing that warm water will be available in 10 to 20 minutes which didn't happen. I was really disappointed and forcebly washed my body with cold water. The maintenance guy was telling that the warm water is provided via a photovoltaics system which is not working properly due to the rain. All in all, they knew their room doesn't have warm water available, but they didn't tell the truth. They also didn't accept their responsibility to compensate! I am highly disappointed from their service and I never recommend their hotel

Actually I did not want to give any stars but there was no option so 1 star. This hotel is NOT AT ALL suitable for family. The staff is not so professional and the general manager is diplomatically rude. There is no hot water for bathing. We asked for hot water, the GM said he would arrange buckets of hot water. But this is what we got(pictures below). The complime tary breakfast is okay but there is no space to eat it in room( you can get an idea of the size of the room). Room size is so small that you may feel congested here. There is no dining hall in this business hotel. No sugar is offered with tea. Totally unfit to be called business hotel.

Good breakfast. The bed not big enough if you are a couple with kids above 6. But manageable. They can keep atleast two pouches each of tea and coffee powder and two water bottles. When you take money for 3, you should give basic things for 3.

Looks like a newly built building. So everything is clean. Rooms are small , bathrooms are tiny and not enough parking space available. Staffs are very polite. For one day night stay this is an okay place.
