I really enjoyed our tour with Mr. Biju. He was knowledgeable, friendly, great with kids and everything you’re looking for in a tour guide. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know that is visiting Kochi! It was wonderful having someone local to Fort Kochi showing us around his hometown.

We were picked up by Biju our guide on time from our hotel. We had a great experience seeing all the authentic parts if the city. Biju's knowledge and explanation of the sites was very informative and just at the right level of detail. Highlights were the spice warehouse and the laundry; both unlikely to be around in many years time. Thanks for a wonderful tour of your city.

Highlight of our trip to Kochi! Biju has such a warm and genuine personality. He kindly showed us around the city’s tourist hotspots as well as some of his favourite less known local gems. Biju made sure we were happy and comfortable during the entire tour and treated us to some local delicacies. He also let us hop off or spend more time in any area that we wanted to. I would especially recommend doing this at the start of a stay in Kochi as it gives you great bearings to navigate from. Thank you Biju! It was an experience I will never forget!

We had a great tuk-tuk tour with our guide Shaji. He was knowledgeable and professional - we felt in safe hands, and were always excited to see what place we would visit next. The price is very reasonable for the excellent service, and it was easy to arrange - and very convenient with hotel pick up. Thanks to the tour company!

Today was a day well spent. We were picked up from the hotel and taken to so many must visit places in kochi. Extremely polite demeanour of Biju and his willingness to accommodate our requests for short breaks and small shopping requests and his proactive approach to show us around the spice warehouse and jail of freedom struggle made our time an extremely memorable one. I strongly recommend Biju’s tuk tuk tour for those who want to visit Kochi for its rich history. He had great knowledge about the history of this place too. I strongly request everyone to encourage such sincere and genuine tour operators.

This is a must-do experience while in Kochi! Biju is a wonderful tour guide who knows the city. With him you will learn about the history of the city and see the sights while also getting the insider perspective. He is kind and courteous and ensures the tourists’ comfort throughout the tour. Highly recommend!

It was a very well organized tour by Mr Biju. Mr Shaji was our guide for the tour and fortunately or unfortunately we were the only couple for the tour which actually worked in our favour since we got the undivided attention without any hurry. Mr Shaji was very knowledgeable and we had some really thoughtful discussions regarding history and culture of Kochi. We covered all the places mentioned in the tour with some extra places. It involved walking and tuk tuk ride too. We did shoot above three hours but Mr Shaji was courteous and quite patient with us. All the major points in the fort Kochi area and jew town are covered including the Chinese fishing nets - their working and politics is explained in detail along with demonstration. One thing that people need to be aware of is that the Synagogue is closed on Saturday and Matancherry palace on Friday which needs to be mentioned beforehand on the website/tour info so people can plan accordingly. However, Mr Biju when contacted did inform us and suggested the days as well. So prefer weekdays or Sunday for the tour. Definitely a must do activity when in Kochi

We had a lovely and insightful tour of Fort Kochi with Biju! Mr. Biju was so friendly, courteous and made sure we were comfortable throughout our three (almost four) hours together. Visiting the spice market and other relatively unknown spots in Mattancherry were the highlight of the tour for us. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to understand the fascinating history of Fort Kochi from the perspective of someone who has grown up in the area.

An excellent tour guide, we were able to see both museums/historical sites as well as experience life as a Keralite. Very knowledgeable about Fort Kochi and its history. Took us to an excellent lunch spot as well. Very kind and took amazing pictures for us. Would highly recommend Biju’s Tours to anyone visiting

Biju was such a wonderful tour guide in showing me and telling me the history of all of the local parts and historical parts of Kochi - he is from the area and so knows it like the back of his hand, and knows many of the locals as well! It was great to be able to see Kochi and be brought around by a local in his tuk tuk. He even was nice enough to squeeze in a few extra stops for me, based on me wanting to get coffee, some wine, and buy some bindis. I’d definitely recommend Biju to anyone who is visiting Kochi and wants a tour from a local!

Biju took my husband and I and our two grown up sons on the most amazing tour of his bithplace Fort Kochi and Mantancherry. We met him in Fort Kochi and from the moment we started the tour till we left him hours later he was nothing but super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and am absolute pleasure to be around. He took us to places and shared things with us that we would never have found or experienced and I can honestly say it was the best tour we have been on. Great value for money and a must do when in Fort Kochi!!

Biju is a living legend. My family and I have been visiting him for many years now (I think 7 years?). Every time he makes being in Kochi such a pleasure. Biju will take you to the yummiest food, lassis and chais, and knows many beautiful and hidden local places in Kochi. Everybody in Kochi adores him also, so you are welcome wherever you go! Biju is naturally observant of his guests and understands what they need, when. He is open, honest, and fair, and gives insights into local culture. Any request we had, he fulfilled, all with his typical good nature and good humour. I can't recommend Biju highly enough. 🌱🙌👍🏆

Biju was awesome!! He is so knowledgeable about Kochi and it’s history. He customized our tour to fit our interest, including taking us to a few of his favorite local food spots so we could try some local dishes. He is clearly a respected part of the community, enabling you to explore areas you wouldn’t have access to otherwise. We had a great day. Thank you Biju!!

If you are in Kochi - TAKE THIS TOUR! We arrived and on our first night we took this food TukTuk tour and it was a great way to get familiar with the city and also taste some amazing local specialties. Biju was so accommodating and took us to taste all the foods we wanted to try. There is almost no way to know, as a tourist, all the best local spots so to have a guide to taste all different things was so interesting and fun. Viju is super knowledgeable about his city and the value was also really good for the money. Let me tell you… you will NOT leave hungry 🤤 highly recommended.

I have hardly wrote reviews good or bad…… but in this case I have to give a big shout out to Biju’s tours……One of the best tours I have taken in all my travels world wide….Biju and Shibbir were great guides who were more than knowledgeable about the history and everyday life of the local Cochin area. The tuk tuks were ultra clean and in this day and in this day and age that is one of the most important things for me and my family….plus the fact that he had cold drinks like water and Diet Coke…..that was just so thoughtful of Biju…..Biju himself was very courteous, respectful of our time and was great with the kids….I would recommend and take this tour with Biju’s tours in a heartbeat again….

I had a splendid experience with Biju's Tours in Fort Kochi. He was able to bring me to places that was so amazing and fascinating. His Tour took me to the time of ancient historical places and I learn to appreciate the cultures and history of the Indian people living in Fort Kochi. Truly an amazing experience with Bijus Tour.... Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Biju's tour in Fort Kochi. It is the best way to get around the city and experience the local culture, traditions and ways of life. Biju spends good quality time explaining the history of the land and does not rush through the tour. He also allows much flexibility to pick and choose the places of visit based on your time and interest. The local people are very familiar with Biju and are very friendly when you visit different places. If you're visiting Fort Kochi, look no further and book your tour with Biju only! It's the best way around the area in his tuk tuk ride :)

I wanted a guide for a short tour in Fort Kochi and Biju sent me a gem of a person by the name of Thomson who was a genuinely nice person with a good knowledge of his subject. We enjoyed our tour a lot and thanks to Biju and especially Thomson for making it a memorable morning for us.

We have just enjoyed the best tour of Kochi with Biju. Not only did he show us around all the main tourist sights but he also showed us how the locals go about their local lives. He has amazing knowledge and answered all our questions. Unlike other tours we’ve been to, we were relieved that Biju didn’t take us to tourist shops to have a sales pitch every time. We highly recommend Biju’s tours to anyone visiting Kochi.

Biju’s tour around Fort Kochi and Jew town is a must for first timers keen to get to know the town. The sights are well known and close by but what Biju brings is a passion for his home and heritage, bringing to life the histories of each landmark but also weaving in the current history and issues to give the visitor a sense of what Kochi life was and is presently about. As Biju grew up nearby (you get to the pass his former school!) he regularly offers tidbits of information not on the tourist guides and he knows everyone, which firstly makes you feel safe but also allows you to easily mingle, converse and even participate (ie helping fisherman pull in the giant Chinese fishing nets) with the locals, giving you an authentic feel for Kochi life. Biju’s English is excellent and his sense of humour I found very funny on our walk between sites. Finally, Biju is an independent local who loves taking tourists around his hometown and it feels great being shown around by someone so passionate and connected to his surroundings. Thank you for the great tour!

Biju's Tours (by Biju) in Kochi was a hugely surprising experience. Having just a few hours to spare while we waited for the flight we decided to check out what "fort" kochi had to offer. Fortunately finding some slot with the highest rated tour guide in Kochi. He didnt disappoint. A true Kochi boy who oozes love for the city. He knows all the routes, all the stories, seemingly every auto guy. He took us through some of the coolest neighborhoods with some of the illustrious spots in kochi while also casually name dropping and spitting out an engaging history lesson without us not even feeling like we are getting educated. Equipped with a quick wit, earnest attitude and a bouncless energy he made the tour seem like it was without effort. The tour was carefully thought out while also giving us options to choose to make changes to the route. He made this brief tour so extensive that we felt compelled to come back for another one just to hang out with this guy. Highly recommended and we wish him the best of luck on his endeavours.

We were really happy with our trip. Our driver, Zackry, and our guide, Biju, showed us some of the main attractions in Kochi and also showed us some of the daily life of some local communities. Biju was very attentative and knowledgeable, and because he is a local he knew more about the local way of life. Zackry was a great driver and picked us up even if our hotel was a little bit outside of the city center. We had a great time!

Had a great authentic experience of roaming around Kochi with Biju's Tours. The half day tour was well informed, and one of the rarest tour operators who did not take me to any shops for sales pitching.

It is interesting to play the tourist in a city where you have lived for a few years. I opted to go with a guide to give deeper insight to the history of the city to my young children. Biju did a fantastic job. His understanding of the spots, culture and history is solid. He also adjusted the pace of the tour and improvised on the go to make it interesting for my young son. Biju is a good communicator and has pleasant and professional demeanor. He speaks good English and Malayalam I would strongly recommend Biju to visitors as well as people from Kerala who wants to understand the place.
