Terrible is the only word for it. Out of the 10 fishes I bought, 2 died the very next day and a third one after a week. After calling and informing them about the same and needing a replacement all I got was blatant refusal. I've been keeping fishes for a long time so I know the precautions you need to take while introducing new fish. Will never ever visit this shop again. Unless you want to waste your money on fish that probably won't make it through the week, I suggest you don't go here. I'd rather just flush my money down the drain. Saves my time. FYI I DID INFORM YOUR STORE ABOUT THE MATTER. AND YES I AM TALKING ABOUT THE VENNALA STORE. I know geography well enough . Thank you. Well it is your so called well quarantined and healthy fishes that died the very next day. I am a person who has been keeping fishes for 11 YEARS . Both wall mounted and otherwise. So I am aware of my responsibilities and do not require your advice for the same. As for 'checking the fish health before purchasing' that you have mentioned, am I expected to conduct a full health check-up of the fishes that I am purchasing instead of believing that I will get good fish. Is that what the customers visiting your store are expected to do? Is it not your responsibility to ensure that customers get healthy fish? Thank you for showing people this is exactly how customer service should NOT be. Thank you for your services.

Good store with a knowledgeable owner. They do have a limited space but they've managed it well and also maintains really well. Have few exotic pets and does some good aquascaping as well. What I love about this shop is their patients to help you clear your doubts and extend their help in getting things of your interest.
