The attitude of staff especially in pollachi branch is pathetic.. Coimbatore branch staff are very responsive.. Had given my car for. Service and with 1000 the kms the casket came off.. The issue happened due to negligence of service staff in fixing the casket.. Mostly money minded and will focus on fleecing in service.. .. Had 2 experience of service not upto the mark and had to get the var serviced again at coimbatore branches due to inefficient servicing This particular branch staff has some serious issues

Worst service and don't spoil your car. And my car clutch repair not even longer one year and a/c complaint not solved but billed 20k.

Not good for service at all very high pricing, just one sample issue i faced with them, i went for general service they checked everything and said break caliber is not getting released properly and have to overoil it and it will cost 2500 or have to replace it that costs 8000 rupees i denied it and checked local service center they checked and just greased the break caliber and it works fine till date its about more than 1 year and it costs only 100 rupees, service manager santhosh will not answer properly when you have any queries, not at all recommended, dear santhosh learn to respect customers and try to answer their queries, choosing your service or not that's our choice if you provide service with good quality and competitive pricing then obviously we will choose you but thats none of your business, your business is to just answer our queries. Edit: got a call from Santhosh in same arrogant manner and he asked detailed explanation now i have updated in the review.
