You honestly can't beat the location of these apartments. They're in between Westnedge and W. Main and in an extremely safe and quiet neighborhood with great walking trails. The amenities are decent - the gym could use some work but the pools are great. The apartments themselves are quiet - I could rarely hear my neighbors. However, the apartments need updating. Utility bills can reach almost $200 if it's a really cold month. We had a problem with mice, which makes sense because we lived across from the storage units, which were covered in mouse poop. Maintenance was usually prompt but sometimes we had to call to remind them to stop by. For the price you pay, these apartments are decent, but after a year or so I wanted to live somewhere a little nicer.

If you’re in College Student living in town and you need a peaceful place to stay, Willow Creek is one of the best options. The staff are really put together. They communicate extremely well and their maintenance team is super fast and efficient.

I lived in a Willow Creek apartment from 2022-2023 and couldn’t have had a better experience. The location is idyllic, with tennis courts and trails that are beautifully maintained. The outdoor pool is killer! Spacious and well-kept, it was the envy of all of my friends in the summertime. The apartments themselves are a bit retro but very comfortable and incredibly soundproof! the only time you’ll ever hear your neighbors is in the hallways. Staff was so helpful, kind, and extremely prompt with all my maintenance requests. they never intruded — the entire complex is very peaceful and live-and-let-live. I definitely recommend Willow Creek Apartments!

Beautiful area and apartments, friendly staff and many community resources! I love the trails and scenes of nature right outside my balcony and windows. Large balconies, beautiful brick buildings, quiet neighborhood where people keep to themselves and do not bother anyone. I shopped around looking at a lot of properties in Kzoo. They were all about the same price but what sold me was the cleanliness of the complex, the amenities and the staff. The only thing that's a bummer is the indoor pool isn't working but i know they are working on it. Again, I mentioned the staff, Breana couldn't have been more attentive and continues to be every time I call with a question. I highly recommend Willow Creek, the area and the staff.

I have been here over a year now...management and office staff are always friendly and helpful. My rent was never increased and they uphold the terms of the lease. This is the first place I have lived that did preventative (yearly cleaning/filter changes) maintenance of the furnace. Every other place made me do that myself including filter changes. Any time I have needed a repair done it was completed in a timely manner. When I renewed my lease, the amount didn't increase and they gave me a voucher to have all the carpets cleaned (no out of pocket expense for me)! The trails are amazing and well-kept. The clubhouse is clean and they plan a lot of community Interactive events throughout the year. People here are pretty friendly and I have made a few new friends. The pool is well-maintained and a comfortable temperature. The hot tub is attached to the pool so you can keep an eye on your kids while relaxing. The gym area is adequate if you have missed your regular gym schedule however isn't well-equipped if you are hard-core lifter. Both locker rooms have a dry sauna. The game area is a place that we enjoy hanging out with the kids and playing pool or ping-pong. There are boats that you can rent for free simply by having them hold your ID while you're out on the boat. There are tennis courts, playground and a beach area. The apartments themselves are a great size for the amount of money you pay. The layout flows nicely and is set up well. I don't hear very much noise at all from neighbors so I believe them to be insulated fairly well considering every other place I've lived I have been able to hear my neighbors frequently. The utility bills are fairly priced…I keep my apartment set at 68 in the winter and 73 in the summer. I live in a three-bedroom on the third floor and my utility bill has not gone over $200 even in the coldest/hottest of months. I love the extra storage down in the basement. I love that all of the bedrooms have large closets. I love having a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. The decks have ample space as well. I will be here until we buy a house. I wish I had moved here years ago.

I have had the worst time at Willow Creek. No one has any sense of time management, maintenance is wildly unprofessional, and amenities are not as described. Staying here has been one inconvenience after the other. Glad to be moving out!
