Great place to live! I've lived here for just over 1.5 years and love it. Maintenance is prompt at helping. In my apartment, we had our water heater go out. Within an hour, we had someone looking at it and creating a plan of action. The office staff is helpful also. I was getting bills from Spectrum (which is not even the cable service in use) and Jill was able to get it figured out promptly. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are well kept.

Love the office staff and maintenance! I’ve lived here for 3 years and I love everything about this complex. Maintenance will be out to fix your tickets within 12-24 hours for small things and within a week for larger projects, and are very respectful and professional. They have recently bought out other properties in the area and service from maintenance and office staff has not changed despite this greater work load. 10/10 recommend living here!! They host fun events like this Mac-n-cheese bar picture from last week and encourage social events and community involvement.

I highly recommend The Paddock to any student who is going to college in Kalamazoo. It’s very affordable and ridiculously spacious. Unfortunately I’ve had another opportunity come across but Trenton in the leasing office was beyond helpful through the release process. Andrew was very prompt at getting the applicant approved as well. Thank you Paddock for these last two years you’ll be missed.

Very nice apartments. Staff is very friendly and helpful and maintenance staff does a good job at taking care of any issues you have. Rooms are very spacious and I have enjoyed living here!

The Paddock is a great place to live. They do a lot to engage with their residents which I really appreciate. With that being said, one particular security guard is absolutely insane. Obviously I appreciate having security; however, it would be nice if they were more polite about things. There have been many instances where my friends weren’t allowed in because she has “power” and can tell them no even tho they were following protocol. Like… girl bye

I absolutely love living at the paddock! The amenities are amazing as well as the safety and great location. Not to mention the leasing staff, security, and maintenance are all so kind and love to help their residents. I have met some awesome people while living here and definitely plan on residing at the paddock for my next few years as a student.

A great place to stay! Staff is absolutely fantastic staff that is quick to respond to any problems or questions that we might need answered. Highly recommend living at the paddock.

Great spacious apartment, Ive never felt unsafe and the amenities that come with the Paddock are great. I left out the other 3 stars for 3 reasons: 1) The condition of our apartment at move-in was absolutely horrific. The paddock claimed that because someone else was living there, they couldn’t touch anything. Which at the time, that roomate has been stuck in Indonesia for well over a year and a half due to covid. So that is how long the apartment has been in that condition. 2) MICE, we stopped counting at 15- let me just say that. 3) Loud cracking pipes, which makes it impossible to sleep at night. 4) Management will find any way to charge you once you move out. Doesnt matter how much you clean up so be prepared for that. I will say that besides these 4 major things that greatly upset me about this place, if you enjoy your space and safetly- I recommend the place.
