Tried to call and get a reservation for my someone and the lady said "Not now" (literally!!) and told me to call back after 6pm! And then when I asked if she was kidding, she hung up on me... WHO DOES THAT!! I managed and ran hotels for many years and this is so unbelievable to me that I had to write a post.

Bed bugs, staff is horrid, sheets were disgusting. I had to buy new sheets and scrub the bathroom before I could even consider using it. The floor is disgusting and has quite a few soft spots in it.

Straight-up cesspit. Had to visit my "challenged" relative who LIVES here (they make their money off residents whose only other option is the street). I was encouraged by the addition of a new sign, thinking maybe they finally decided to make some improvements. Nope! The old sign blew over so they had to replace it. 30 days without a police raid or dead body! Hourly rates available. If you didn't have bugs when you checked in, you will when/if you check out. Good luck!

Nice pool, flat screens, the hot tub, the serial killer was surprisingly nice, I found my best friend rat there and I named him jack. I would reccomend while high.

The people behind the counter don't ever give you the whole deposit, it's only a couple bucks but c'mon if I give you twenty bux as a deposit and don't smoke or break anything I expect it back. So when the guy/girl consistently hands me 18 bucks that's two bucks they make and they do it to everyone. So I'm good on ever staying there.

This was the absolute worst experience of my life it is hard to even give it one star. The room stunk so bad we had to go buy spray And a candle. The room had no pillows and one towel the bed spread had blood stains all over it. The staff was very nice it's to bad that the trash of the town and hookers have taken over. Also saw needles in the parking lot. Just a shame.

This is the biggest drug infested roach motel arounf besides knights inn. There are needles laying the filth is just caked on and the rooms have black mold the owners rent rooms by the hour for prostitution and the drugs are more popular than the people. Don't ever bring a child to this place and unless you need crack heroin, coke or meth..oh yeah pills too, don't go there.

I honestly wish I could give them zero Stars. They sold me and my fiance a room that had blood all over the bed. When we attempted to get a refund the lady nearly assaulted my fiance. The police had to be called because the manager continued to try to go after my fiance.

DONT EVER GO THERE! It was Absolutely Retched RatsNestMotel! The whole room was disgusting 🤢 I was so 😲 shocked! I've never been to such a room as the one this place gave me IN MY LIFE! HOW ARE THEY EVEN IN BUISNESS?!? LET ALONE RUNNING ONE?!

The staff at the Kalamazoo Inn have actually treated me very fairly. Is the location perfect? Perhaps not. For me, everything is just fine. I light some incense or a candle in my room and everything is fine. But I feel the staff do their very best despite intense criticism and having to deal with crime activity. I feel they do their part to ensure residents safety. I haven't encountered any bed bugs, ticks or anything like that personally. The staff informed me they have pest control do stuff to the rooms. Since I've encountered nothing of the sort I really can't complain personally. I feel the office is understanding, helpful, and I don't feel discriminated against or otherwise judged. While this for other people isn't a problem, I for one am transgender and face all kinds of discrimination in various places. Personally the crime activity I don't find concerning under he premise that the office has security via cameras and otherwise have things handled. All in all, this place is fine for me. Its not the Hamptons, but the prices are just fair enough all things considered.
