I bought a new branded bag and its condition was so poor that it was repaired 3 times within just a month. I think all those are old stocks. So plz b careful while buying bags from tat shop. They hav a horrible replacement policy.

They have all kinds of bags here . They not only have bags but also suit case , water bottle and many more items. The collections are also more , with different colours and models . And coming to prices of Roshan brand bags the prices are lower than other brands they have other brand bags also. The quality of the products are also good . If you are looking for a quality product with lower price I would recommend this shop to buy products.

Don’t have option to give zero (0) star so giving one (1) star. While selling, they say everything to sell the product and while getting the product back for servicing they will give 1000 excuses and will ask you to pay for servicing or will delay saying serviceman has not come, it will take more time and so on. If you speak gently they raise their voice and when we raise their voice then they speak gently. Pathetic is the right word for their servicing!

Product is good but the staffs are not wearing mask, staff was talking on his phone saying he got cold and so on, we got panicked and asked to wear then only he wore. Bad service, not at all satisfied.
