Good store, ok varieties, cost wise good, offers are better than other outlets, helpful and friendly staff, fast checkout process, good layout, nice location, easy to locate store, ambience is good and pleasent. Neat and clean outlet. You can spend 15 to 20 minutes to find out your best clothe, exploring various options is available. Decorated store. In festival season.

My personal favourite shop when it comes for clothing. Great customer service and wonderful collections. Had a great experience with them. Shopped a lot here and they never disappoint you. Hi Team, Thanks for such an amazing sale , we had a great shopping during the special sale for membership holders , had a bit of fun too and most importantly definitely want to appreciate all the trial room service staff they were so amazing , that too specifically staff named Shalini was extraordinary on her service on the first day of sale while I did my shopping and also the next day as well with my family friends too , definitely appreciate her and staffs like her are the reason we love to shop only with Pantaloons as we are being treated with most customer centric. I found relatively less collection of ladies Shirts and Kurtis compared to other Pantaloons showrooms; Also price-wise it was a bit costlier. The customer service also was average. The sales person whom we asked a help for once, was behind us all the time, wherever we go. Also he was repeatedly disturbing us telling about the membership card details, which we were least interested, and made us extremely uncomfortable.

A huge showroom with great interiors and vibe, offers a wide range of dresses for men, women and kids. It’s well organised and maintained like any other pantaloon showrooms. Had a hassle-free and an enjoyable shopping experience!

Good for eating and nice choice of shops Good parking possibilities at arrival even though on a busy Saturday. We enjoyed the food court at the upper floor. High number of selections - all looking delicious, clean and with common sitting area in the middle. We enjoyed Indian curries and a pizza. Shops easy to find on good maps at the escalators.

Completely revamped and unlike most other stores. Great collection of womens ethnic wear and accessories. Mens section needs a bit of update, especially the ethnic section (it is only 3 racks, that too of their own brand).

Hi people around this is was a gold experience today in the store i didn't purchase any products but while leaving out we have left our phone mistakenly in the store itself and one genuine guy in the other name of lord Ganesha he responded to all our calls in the late hours (11:30pm) and tried his best to find our phone back - hats off to tat lucky guy and the whole team for the efforts and genuinity thankyou plp thankyou pantaloons - Brookfield mall branch u have a great team around I didn't mention the person name may be he might not like tat coz he was very generous and happy for his job done i would like the management will recognises this great deed's done by their ausmn

Rangmaanch brand ladies long kurtha _ plus size you have stopped from size 18 to 20,I specifically went to buy this as I got this in Jan 2022.Pl note there are lot of obese Indian woman so pl supply such sizes too.

Billing is Damm slow. You can pick a t-shirt in 15 mins but to get it billed you need to wait for 30 mins

Relatively less collections for ladies, couldn't find a XXL size Palazzo. But the staff are absolutely unfriendly, wouldn't they enquire from a customer what they need. They speak only when spoken to. Very poor service.

My shopping experience as a whole was fine. And I was asked to give a customer review on Pantaloons website. I was then called 1 week later, by a customer executive who asked me why I rated certain aspects so low (price related). I explained how I found the store quite overpriced compared to its competitors in the same mall. He argued with me for 10-15 minutes about why my opinion/rating was not justified. I received the call from a cell phone number. Which I continued to get calls from for the rest of the day, until I blocked it. I enjoyed the customer service when in-store and the store itself is very clean and tidy. My only low rating was for the overpriced products. NOW my low rating is for the extremely poor after-sale customer service. If your customer survey asks for my opinion and I provide it, it's rude to continuously call me and argue with me on why my opinion is not okay. This won't make me change my rating. Will not be shopping here purely because this post-sale call left me with a terrible distaste for the brand.

Last week we went to purchase a pant for my kid and after trying out a pant,we asked for a bigger size to "Sales executive Miss.Sathya". I must mention her here because she literally spent an hour to find out the pant which was stocked up in boxes. She lifted ,carried and searched all the boxes as much as she could and to this few other sales guys too joined her in the search.But, unfortunately we couldn't get that on that day. She told me that it can be purchased online too... I said, I wish to purchase it in this store and especially for your hardwork. She got our number and after couple of days Miss.Sathya contacted us and informed that the pant is available. We purchased it "only for her".. Am not exaggerating, everything happened infront of us and such kind of sales personnel are hard to find nowadays.. Miss.Sathya, I really appreciate your commitment and dedication. Excellent customer service and the experience at the store was very good.
