- staff behaviour is very rude. - Room is not same as shown on site,it is small and congested. Washroom is not clean. - Room service is not good. They don't provide drinking water, tea bags, kettle in room, water bottle cost is Rs 80. Food price is so high. - Hotel don't provide even basic toiletries like toothpaste, toilet paper - The swimming pool filled with dirty water and completely opposite to what is shown. Overall complete disappointment online fraud, don't decide on the basis of photos

The best thing about this hotel is the location it's right by the water on Lake Pichola. You wake up to amazing views. But hygiene in the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The loos are unclean so are rooms. Sheets , towels all appear unclean even though supposedly fresh. Found the food very ok ok. Poor staff is helpful but the place needs maintenance and cleanliness. Very disappointed. It is nothing like the pictures posted on their site.

Absolutely a Horrible Hotel. Very unclean and unhygienic. Looks nothing like the photos in the web. Bedsheets and pillow covers are stinking. Room sizes of non lake rooms are so tiny. All kinds of dirty stains on the walls. Bathroom is so uncomfortable to use. Not even a 2 star hotel quality.

Overall location of the hotel is nice but rooms are not quite standard one types. So tiny, if we paid for all the amenities they did not allow us for the swimming pool. The service was nice but rooms are stinky ones. Staff was also good food was nice but we were not allowed to swin within our 3 days stay in this hotel. Disappointed.

Rooftop restaurant is beautiful. All the attractions are nearby. Staff is well behaved and helpful. Room size is okay but no cupboards. Toilets are a bit stinky which is something we faced throughout the old city.

It has really great capabilities to be one of the best hotels near the lake pichola but it lacks the aesthetics! The entry way feels too dark and cramped up! The rooms with the lake view have some water structure obstructing the views to the lake! For the price we pay for the lake view it wouldn't be worth seeing these structures! The rooms were okay! The washroom wasn't the cleanest as well!

Very good location but is accessible only by Auto rikshaw like most of the hotels on Lake Pichola. The room and bathroom quality should be better in terms of bed linens and toiletries. Pichola lake view is the best along with sunset Food is awesome and decently priced. Breakfast menu needs big improvement. Staff and especially reception counter staff are very helpful about attraction points, transport, shopping and food. Roof top restaurant "Natural Lake view" is the best and is linked to many Bollywood songs and movie scenes.

Location is good apart from that the place is too dirty.. The swimming pool what they have shown in the pictures is far away from the reality. Also, the rooms are so tiny and our bed sheets were also not cleaned properly.

Staff of the hotel are too good and well disciplined.. they helped us a lot.. we stayed just first day here and the other day we stayed some other hotel which was in outskirts of udaipur.. on last day when we checked out from that other hotel , I called up the manager of devraj vyas if they can keep our luggage so we can visit one last spot of udaipur before our train , and the manager was so supportive he agreed and he kept our luggage in the hotel so that we can enjoy our last spot without luggage. The photos on their website were completely misleading and did not at all reflect the true condition of the hotel. The rooms were incredibly small and cramped, with barely enough space to move around. When I checked in. There were dust and dirt on the surfaces and the bed sheets looked like they hadn't been washed in weeks. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and the manager Rajveer seems to be completely uninterested in ensuring that guests had a pleasant stay.

The stay was decent. Lake view room was a bliss but there are somethings which are amiss such as renovated washroom. Rest all was good. Breakfast could have been a bit earlier, anyhow the breakfast was tasty.

I made a booking online from their website and it got cancelled without giving the reason. Edit after reply: I know when the money is debited from my account and when not. So I am pretty sure that this has happened and no refund yet. I called your helpline where I was informed that I will get the refund automatically

Amazing lake stay in Udaipur. It's ok Lake Pichola and there is an amazing lake view from the roof top restaurant. Even the rooms with lake view are available but it's a bit costly. Non lake view rooms are affordable. The staff is very good and the stay is very well maintained.

It is decent hotel.. Very difficult to reach by car. Only possible way to reach here is by auto rickshaw. Food is ok. View from restaurant is good. The city palace and bagore ki haveli is accessible by walk. (Around 400meters) each side of the hotel.

Very bad hotel at Lake pichola. This is a tip for travellers that you may find hotels on Lake pichola only but don't take any hotel at that place. The hotel confirmed us lift but no lift was available. Room was very basic as compared to pictures online and had a very bad experience. Also if u take any hotels at Lake pichola beware of auto waalaa. They charge 100 for 1 km and also sometimes drops before destination stating auto can't go there. Do find hotels at offbeat locations while visiting udaipur.

1. The room which was provided to us (for 3 people) was way too small to accommodate and also the quality of the to was not at all near to the one shown on the website. 2. The rooms were dirty and bit unhygienic too. Constant hammering and drilling noice throughout our stay in the room next door. 3. The bathroom basin was providing dirty black water and no toiletries were properly provided. Even no hot water during the winter season and had to deal with the inconvenience. 4. The swimming pool was gross and filled with dirty water, completely opposite to what is shown. And surroundings was covered with unused things and goods. 5. The food quality was bad and had to let go off the free breakfast we added to our package. In short, the experience was not at all good at this price if compared to hotels nearby, this wasn't the experience we were looking for and the hotel refused some of the basic requirements.
