Quality is really poor!! After wearing couple months, cloths start to fall apart. Please reconsider twice!! Sadly enough my opinion changed after the “full” delivery of the order. With great charm you are lurked into buying tailored cloth and it will be shipped home. I would not recommend to buy anything that you fully have seen and like. They make big promises that they simple do not meet. This is a big disappointment for me; especially for such a high price. What I don’t understand is why people, with quality and desire to build a business, act in such a way and abuse trust of other people. I truly hope that other people/tourists think twice before buying here; at least don’t just trust what you are promised.

I read other disheartening reviews on tripadvisor too late, it was all truthful. For the handful they may get done right it seems as soon as you give them the opportunity they will take advantage of you. We trusted them to ship out clothes to Australia and 4 months later i still havent recieved a thing and a friend has recieved poor quality clothing. They came up with very clever excuses but it really didnt add up. The best one when questioned was "What am i going to do with your money?". The family owns other shops and restraunts in the area so really dont care about you. The one thing you take away from reading this if anything is that they are very convincing and make you feel as if they cant get it wrong. If this sounds familiar, walk away. They charge a premium and the quality is no where up to the standard they boast about. Your better off trying a place that will appreciate your business. Dont fall for the accent or the stories, dont pay them the premium they want, its the same as the places doing it for half the price. Ahh India.. not possible.

Contrary to other reviews, I wouldn't say this place pressures anyone to buy clothing. They provide excellent hospitality, offer chai/coffee, and their handiwork is of the utmost quality. I could never afford a custom suit back home, and the one they crafted for me was absolutely perfect.

Truly a 5 star experience... Prateek, the young and talented tailor provides a very memorable and enjoyable measuring and fitting experience along with great service and a quality finished product. I am extremely happy with the custom handmade suit and linen shirt he made for me. Attention to detail, desire to please and ultimate customer satisfaction were the things that attracted me to him, and he delivered on all of them. I can highly recommend this fine young tailor, give him a try, you won't be disappointed. I will certainly be ordering more from this business.

I was so so happy with my experience here. I wanted to get a suit made for my friend's wedding and I am so lucky I chose this tailor. When I had my first conversation with my tailor, Prateek, I knew I had made the right decision. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was delighted with my suit. Prateek the tailor was very helpful and reassuring about our hesitancy to buy something expensive in India as we have been warned of scams here. We had 3 fittings and have taken two excellent suits away with us to save having them shipped. Very pleased with them and a reasonable price for tailored suits!

We’d read the poor reviews beforehand and decided to go ahead with the purchase of a fitted suit. The service was good and they made the suits very fast (with no extra charge) because we were leaving the next day. Overall, it was a good experience and we left with good quality suits

Had a fantastic suit made here. Less than 24 hour turn around from fabric selection for a made to measure suit. It’s incredible service and even posted to Australia for a great price. Will be ordering some shirts to go with it soon. The stars get suits here, during my final fitting director Bryan Fogel was next to me getting his done!

I am very impressed by Prateek and the rest of his team for delivering a bespoke suit in just 24 hours the day before Diwali! From the moment I discovered his store the tailoring process was seamless, he identified the areas where an off-the-shelf suit may be ill-fitting based on my body type (which was completely correct) and discussed the cuts and shape of the suit that would best complement my features which were implemented in the final product. I got to choose the fabrics and linings, as well as the style of suit. They really do know what they are talking about and made me at ease instantly with their professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well priced, quality suit in Udaipur.

I ordered a black suit and after one fitting and two days it was finished. The service and whole procedure was very pleasing. Let's see how well it survives the first party, so far I can unreservedly recommend Sandouk!

Fantastic experience having a suit made here. The entire staff are knowledgable and welcoming, and are willing to walk a novice such as myself through the entire process. There are multiple fittings, so ensure you leave a few days to dial-in your fit. I highly recommend the place

I came here three years ago and got a suit made, and I came back again recently. Great service, and the clothing is great value for the quality (especially if you consider the price of off the shelf equivalents available in Europe). Would recommend!

Saw the ad reviews in time and possibly saved us some loss. We met the shop owner (one of the many) at a different shop down the street and he started speaking to us in German rather fluently. Convinced us to just have a look at his store and took us to this shop, then showed us a big catalogue of people who seemed pleased enough to get their photos taken at that very shop... including Dame Judi Dench. We had to leave Udaipur the next day so he promised that he would have our suit shipped to wherever we lived in Europe, they did this for many customers. They really seemed very genuine and all the stories of 25 tailors working in the back area made us feel reassured that they did quality work and were a trustworthy business. Luckily, as we were exhausted after a day of sightseeing, we decided against doing this in a rush and planned to visit the next morning. At the hotel I came across and these reviews and realised the possibilities, feel like we dodged a bullet.

I met with prateek pandya and had one of the best experiences getting fitted for a nice linen shirt and pants. Prateek is a pro he knows all the ins and outs of getting someone exactly what they want and fast. I did not feel rushed at all it was a relaxing atmosphere with a chai tea and good conversation during the session. Once I got my shirt and pants it fit me perfect and the material used is fine linens. Over all great experience ,anyone who says different is lieing 👌🙏

Don't be fooled by all the negative reviews! You may or may not appreciate how they get you into the shop, but their service and craftsmanship is excellent. Prateek walked me through the whole process of getting my suit fitted and the results were impressive. Overall, I had a great experience. If you are looking for a tailored suit at a good price, this is the place to go!

I cannot believe people are giving this scammer a decent review. He takes ages to send clothes, which differ significantly from the agreed specifications. The quality is very disappointing and the sizing is so poor. My tuxedo was way too small for me and didn’t even come with enough cloth for adjustment. Avoid at all costs and don’t get sucked in by his anecdotes and stories of celebrity encounters.

Nice experience, but poor quality clothing. The salesman will charm you with chai and rush you into purchasing something. He’s full of cheap tricks: any fabric you choose he’ll say is the ‘most expensive’ or ‘highest quality’. He’ll tell that you ‘have very good, very expensive taste’. The prices are much too high for what you get; still, they’re relatively cheap for western consumers. The clothes I purchased look and feel good but were not finished well. The stitching is all wonky, there are tonnes of loose threads inside the garments, etc.
