Not at all recommend. Worst service haven’t seen any property till now like this. Waiters forget the order, food is extra extra spicy. The staff is decent and welcoming that’s a good part. I would not at all recommend this property. Think 3 times before choosing this property.

I would specifically like to appreciate the hospitality of GM of the property and our butlers vaishnavi and kaushani. They made our stay memorable.

Amazing property. Spectacular location. Helpful staff. Almost all the tickboxes checked for a luxurious getaway. Huge mark down though for the terrible food. Everything was either too oily or too spicy and I don't remember eating a single delicious item of food. The service needed to calm down as well. They seemed to be always on my head and didn't really understand when to be discreet.

Hotel is in center of a Lake. Approach is through well run boats. Lobby , Rooms and Gardens are all majestic and designed to perfection. It's a modern take on a Udaipur Palace. Views from rooms are amazing and service is exemplary. Had a wonderful stay .

Place was serene and calm on an island. The Rooms and service was exceptional, every butler, every chef greeted us and took care of our needs. Thanks to our butler Nikitha who took great care and gave surprises to us during our stay.

Amazing property secluded location about 35min from the city center, which means we got the best unspoiled views simply water and mountains, no other buildings. It is peaceful and has great outdoor space, also, there are plenty of activities to do from sports such as tennis, yoga classes, hiking, shooting and they even can organize cooking classes upon request. Some are free and some are at extra charge, with reasonable prices. To reach the property you need to get a boat ride which added to the charm of the place, the rooms are spacious and offered nice views. The spa was excellent one of the best treatments I had in India. The overall service was excellent from the moment we arrived we had the best welcome and they continued with the same standards throughout our stay.

I was fortunate to experience the serene sanctuary of Raffles. I've spent 3 incredible days here. The breakfasts were a culinary delight, and the staff's exceptional attentiveness undoubtedly etched my stay in the realm of unforgettable memories. But one of the crowning jewel of my stay was undoubtedly spending time to the Writers Bar, a truly remarkable place surrounded by books where I was used to drinks cocktails at night. I wholeheartedly recommend Raffles !

Visited Raffles to celebrate a special occasion. It is a magnificent island PALACE on Udaisagar Lake, built up on 21 acres & surrounded by hills. Their culinary team is highly skilled and cooked mouthwatering preparations. Services were par excellence, the hospitality team is very well trained. Me and my wife stayed at raffles for 3 nights in March end. Property is very beautiful. It’s about 12 km from airport and than a short 5 min boat ride. We had originally booked flaming room with pool but were upgraded to oasis suit with pool since there were some insects in our room. Positives: Hospitality: hospitality is excellent. You cannot compare it with any other hotel in Udaipur. Treating you like a royalty is their priority. Butler service is excellent. Vasundhara was our butler and she kept lot of surprises for us ( photo frame, cake, decorated room and pool) . Even at restaurants every person is trying to make u feel great. Room: originally booked flamingo room with pool was very small. But oasis suit is something to go for. It’s huge and made like a kings room Food : food is really amazing. Breakfast spread was superb. But there’s only 1 restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner which is very monotonous. I hope they have added some new restaurants . Negatives: 1. We paid 80k per night for flamingo room. It was utterly expensive for that room with any standard. But we were upgraded to oasis suit for which I would have paid 80k . 2. No privacy in pool area. I don’t know why you would make a room just above a private pool suit. All pool villas are at ground floor and hotel has 1st floor where rooms with balcony gives u no privacy. We couldn’t enjoy pool since room above us was occupied and that family could easily see us at pool. There should be some shade to give privacy. 3. Insects and wild life : since hotel is surrounded by lot of greenery there were insects and some wild animals. Do keep mosquito repellent. 4. Add more dining options. Anyone who would come for a 3 night stay will definitely need 2-3 different restaurants with different locations. Conclusion : if u want to enjoy or spend some time away from city life then this is a place for u. Just enjoy the hotel since main city is quite far from hotel. Hospitality is at its best. You can’t compare with taj lake palace or any other hotel

It was awesome having a stay in December here. AWESOME PLACE. World class interior with world class amenities. Self Heated pool is adding extravagance advantage of having luxurious room with pool. Hospitality at its peak Amazing stay, wonderful property, delicious food and a touch of luxury with honesty. Special mention to Sila and Hemant for their special efforts. There were a few flaws as well which were communicated to manager as feedback Overall the experience was at par the best.

The property is amazing and the Staff goes an extra mile to make the stay memorable. Kudos to the management for such high level hospitality. Would always look forward to be here. Views are mesmerising and if lucky, one can see the migration of birds over the beautiful udaisagar lake.

As we were celebrating anniversary of my elder brother and bhabhi, they had so many surprises for us. The whole hotel staff knew our surname and about the anniversary which was so unique and made us feel overwhelmed. They even upgraded our rooms and *Max* curated a beautiful private dining experience for our family. *Raviraj* was the star behind the whole setting and served us a 5 course meal that we’ll remember for ages. Chef has magic in his hands😋 The rooms are so beautiful, with such comfortable beds, paintings, chandeliers and heated pools are to die for 🤩 *Himmat* took such lovely pictures of our family at all the beautiful spots in the hotel that elevated the whole experience Thank you Raffles Udaipur for everything. Can’t wait to visit again!
